NO REFUNDS! I'm an accountant, they boast and advertise they can extra mass amounts of data. I upload 12 months of bank statements, won't work. I changed it to have OCR done so it's readable and get results - no results. Error messages, troubleshoot with the system, no avail, it cannot handle it. Yes, was it 500 pages? Of course, but if you're advertising mass extraction and "If a human can read it we can extract it" and it doesn't work and gives errors, the time I spent messing around to make the Lido system "happy" to extract, I could've just hired someone to do it.

I paid for the $36 dollar plan. I wasted all of paid extractions troubleshooting and testing my file so when I finally got it working The company told me my only option was to upgrade my plan to get to run my extraction. Customer support is bad and terrible. I would be very wary of buying this product and wasting time to find out if doesn't actually work or that you have tp pay more to get it to do what you want it too. Avoid this app whenever possible.

It says a free account receives a limited number of actions etc but you cannot download any of the data extracted, making it completely useless. I would have paid for a pro account but the scammy practice of making it seem like you can use the product with a free account when you can't is shady. There is also no option to delete an account once created.

I bought a plan to process some data. After the project was finished, I was having trouble accessing my account portal. I received another invoice via email and contacted the support, asking for a refund as I had been billed for another period but no longer needed the service and had not utilized it. Support told me that it’s not their policy “below” the enterprise level, and I ended up stuck with the extra charge. It’s a decent service but they clearly lack common decency in the way they conduct themselves with customers and fail to do so in good faith.
