I’d give no stars if it were possible. Wish I’d visited Trustpilot before ordering! I tried to cancel the order within an hour and received a reply asking me why and offering a discount on a future order (🤣)! I merely said I didn’t need it and requested a refund. This morning I’ve had two emails confirming its dispatch! They’ve had it with both barrels- typical behaviour from Far Eastern operators- not Chicago as promoted. Complete scammers, so now I await a counterfeit product which will go straight in the bin! If it ever arrives!!!

As with most of these others, I brought in good faith only to receive a cheap dupe and only part of the order. Have spent ages trying to get some resolution and am sick of being told to ‘have a good life’

Total scam product do not buy, wouldn’t have given them any start. Product total miss advertised. Should have looked at reviews first.

Unfortunately I did not look at these reviews before making a purchase. It’s a scam- claims to sell Laura Gellar but turns out it is a fake. Also expected 3 items but only got 1 (same as other reviews).
I have emailed asking for refund but not had any response.
STAY AWAY from this site!

SCAM! Not Laura Geller palette as advertised. It is as a cheap fake. Arrived broken. Ignores emails. Avoid! Avoid!

Con Fake goods! I have already left a review on this but I write again to try & alert/urge all of you who have been duped by this scam of a company based in China posing as Laura Geller to still contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the payment. I did & it was about 1 wk after order I realised it was fake advertising. I sent screenshots of their fake adverts, other reviews stating SCAM & emails from Laura Geller & I was credited by my bank. It was only a small amount to lose overall but it was out of principle I challenged it! I will only buy direct moving forward! There are many scam search websites you can search… you will find many warnings about this company! Hope this helps 🤞

Just received what I thought was a Laura Geller palette but it is fake from China. Wish I’d read the reviews first but thought it was coming from Laura Geller

Wish I could give 0 stars. Advertised as Laura Geller but certainly is not.
It’s a total scam. Do not order this.

I ordered two sets as presents it was advertise as a set three items the pallet of eyeshadows and bronzer plus an extra bronzer plus a brush all I got was smashed to pieces pallet both of them are unusable. I’ve asked for a refund they’ve told me they will give me 20% off another product and I can keep them then unusable. I do not want to keep them. I want a full refund they’re now not even answering my emails. I would not buy off this company. I certainly would not be recommending it. I could clearly show the photographs as well of the damaged goods.

Don’t waste your money, it’s not what been advertised, fake! Very disappointed!

Ordered a “Laura Geller” make up set, supposedly with free make up brushes. What a con. A generic make up set, no brushes. Not as advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

I ordered what I thought was a Laura Geller kit as I’ve used that brand before and they have a photo of Laura as part of the promotion. This is NOT Laura Geller makeup. Not hopeful of a refund. Do not use this company

I purchased a 3 pc pallet brush and another compact all for a special price of 23.00
The pallet came but not the other 2 bits and no one is answering my e mails.

Won't buy again as not getting what is advertised. Its a con .. They even had a picture from me which shows order no and clearly says 3 pc on it. I only received one peice..

This is not Laura Geller. It’s a cheap imitation did not get any extras as described in advert.

Ordered baked starter kit with brush and compact. This is presented on FB as Laura Guellar. It is not . Brush and compact were also not delivered but were part of the deal . Tried to email them. No Reply. Fake products and items missing. Steer clear of this company
