Fantastic Company and Beautiful Products
I bought a coordinate bracelet from my friend and colleague as a leaving present. There was a tight turnaround as I needed it sent to someone in UK to bring it to me in Mallorca before she left - and Life Less Ordinary was really helpful, efficient and friendly. And the gift was given in time!. The bracelet itself is gorgeous and my friend loves it - has worn it every day since. Thank you for the excellent service.

Love my bracelet.
From choosing a bracelet, adding personalisation, to ordering and paying was very easy. I was kept informed by email of every step my bracelet took, from being hand made, to packaging, to posting and to delivery. The product was well made, excellent quality and came in a beautiful crafted gift bag too. Excellent service and I will have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Fabulous company to deal with
Fabulous company to deal with, love my morse code bracelets. Recently had to get my first one restrung. LLO did that, replaced any missing beads and sent it back to me for free!
Doesn't matter who you speak to they are all lovely and so helpful, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am a big fan of Life Less Ordinary already having one of their custom bracelets for several years (they age and patinate so beautifully) and have wanted one of their cork wallets for a while, finally ordering one recently. Absolutely fabulous customer service and products. Have ordered several things as gifts as well as for myself. Communication via e-mail is usually within minutes. They are able to alter products eg bracelet to anklet, personalise and post it within days. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. 5/5

The people at Life Less Ordinary were super friendly. I was sent a preview and given solutions for problems that might come up with shipping to the EU. I decided to stick with the "riskier" way and was surprised at how fast my order arrived.

Tagua Nut necklace
I ordered a stocking filler for my husband who is a bit older than he'd like to be. He's also never worn a necklace but since Christmas has not taken it off...loves it! Ordering was easy and delivery was speedy and came wrapped in a small drawstring bag. It was a lovely gift. Thank you.
