This coffee is so yummy! I love the selections and find them reasonably priced for the quality. I don't know that the Cognitive Blend is helping my focus, but it sure tastes amazing!!! :)

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Opened a new bag of coffee. It smelled burned and the coffee tasted burned. Had to send pictures which is fine but then they wanted me to open another bag, which is crazy since I am not ready to use it! Any other company would just send a credit for the bad bag. This is not cheap coffee. So I have to throw a brand new bag out! Cancelled subscription!

Because of my system I have to have low acid coffee which is hard to find this was my dream solution.

Excellent customer service. When you call, you actually talk to someone who is going to bend over backwards to answer your question, help with changing your delivery or help to understand the fantastic loyalty program that rolls over month to month. They even offer points when you refer someone, just give them the name.

Love the coffee
Love the coffee, I have been ordering for quite sometime now. I purchased the coffee for the low acidic aspect, this has really helped my stomach. I just hate the price, it's so expensive. I wish they could do something to get the price down, the bags are also not very full when you receive them. For the amount of money you pay and the coffee you get not good.

Pricing is an important consideration, and Lifeboost is priced to reflect the care and intention behind every step of our process — from certified organic sourcing and ethical farming partnerships, to small-batch roasting and rigorous third-party testing for purity and quality. These standards go beyond conventional coffee production and are central to what we offer.
As for the bags, our coffee is filled by weight, not by volume. Because freshly roasted coffee naturally releases carbon dioxide through a process called degassing, bags can sometimes appear less full even though the correct amount of coffee is inside. This is a normal part of working with fresh, high-quality beans.

Garbage
The coffee‘s OK but once again, Customer service lies they say you could refund your coffee if it’s untouched I had had a situation happen and I needed to return the coffee and it did not comply with what it said on their website they made excuses and it was ridiculous. I’ll never purchase it again. The coffee was untouched unopened and they told me I could not get a return buyer beware

The best I've ever tasted
I chose Lifeboost for the clean and acid-free properties touted on their web site. My first taste was a disappointment, but by the end of my first cup I knew I'd never buy any other coffee. We are so conditioned to think that acid is part of the 'flavor'. This is an excellent product that I highly recommend.
