I received a call from Tim Savoury at Life Expert today, to see if I needed to update me life insurance.
I had actually been thinking about cancelling my insurance with SunLife as I didn’t think it was worth the money, Tim looked into this for me and found a better deal for just a £1 extra, Tim explained the offer to me using plain speaking and no jargon which I like, I was then able to make an informed choice, so I took out the new policy.
I must say I enjoyed the phone call, I did not feel any pressure from Tim, he was friendly and humorous, which made me feel comfortable and of course he’s from N.I which put me at ease.
I would highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs.

Received a call from Harry Hutchfield before Christmas he was really helpful & friendly but i asked if i could have time to discuss with my husband. He wasnt pushy like normal salesman and was very patient. He rang again today explained everything again & i felt very comfortable taking out a policy with his guidence. I now have peace of mind & will be more than happy to use again.

Harry is a very helpful and honest person he will go the extra mile to get you a great product tailored to yuor needs unlike other life insurance callers who are thier to line thier pockets he dose realy help top bloke and hel stay in touch with help so yuor not left alone I'd recommend this man to eney one looking for life insurance and more

I'll be honest for years I'd always made excuses for needing to get life insurance,looking back I think it was more acknowledging my own mortality Now iv worked in sales myself in the past but from the first time meeting Adrian i was treated with respect and professionalism this wasn't the generic sales pater I was accustomed too actually far from it I felt relaxed and interested
literally within 2mins we were both laughing he made a difficult subject for me very simple which I really appreciated

Spoke to tim, he was very helpful and explained everything I asked about. I did check with Zurich that this was 100% legit afterwards (just to keep myself safe) and all seems in place as he said. Really appreciate it

The guy who helped me today was was nice and put me at ease straight away. He told me all the pro’s and con’s about renewing my life insurance with other companies and got me a better deal than my original one. The reason I marked down by one star was the line was a bit rubbish but not his fault.
