Setup a large order to recur every six months. They sent it one month after the original order. I had to call them and speak to three people to correct the error. They tried placing the burden on me process the (prepaid) return to the via UPS. I was not willing to take time out of my day to travel to a UPS outlet. A supervisor was able to change the shipper to USPS. Overall not worth the inconvenience and waste of time.

I have been using LEF for a long, long time -- perhaps not quite 20 years or so. I trust that LEF has its own scientifically-minded staff -- by which I mean that they are willing to read, research, and come to their own opinions about this or that nutritional item. Especially in recent years I have noticed how rapidly the pills are shipped and received. I am not sure, but it seems that LEF might have some folks who work overnight.

Magnesium Theronate powder was an adequate size as have experienced purchasing this supplement at the health food store and it was under the servings amount as stated.
