First class product in every regard
Honestly the best deodorant I have ever used. It was recommended by a friend and I am really pleased to find a product that is not sticky, smells really great but not too strong, keeps me fresh all day, and if I’m wearing cologne as well it does not clash. It’s also great that it is environmentally responsible with no down side compared with the traditional alternative. Top marks Lifelong - You have a customer for life!

Scam lumpy ineffective deodorant company
Launched via kickstarter they produce a deodorant that’s supposed to be better for the environment and comes in a powdered form.
Unfortunately, it does mixed too well and remains lumpy and fails as a deodorant. To cap it all off, once you sign up for the subscription they make it impossible to cancel. So they continue to ship repeatedly even though you have no use for their product. They give no notice either. Just suddenly you get an email to say items have shipped. And at £21 for 3 tiny pouches of ineffectual powder it’s a real ripoff!

Clearly you managed to cancel your subscription so first things first, it's clearly NOT impossible. (it's actually very easy)
We also offer the option to purchase without subscribing, if this suited you better. But hey, you went for the 25% discount, free world wide shipping and 1kg of plastic removed on your behalf from the ocean..
Secondly, It's not easy to make a liquid deo, that works without using any plastic packaging. Especially one that only uses natural ingredients, that are good for you, packaged in a compostable pouch. We are a sustainable brand with sustainable values.
Clearly you didn't manage to mix the deo correctly if you were left with lots of lumps. We sent simple instructions to follow, perhaps you missed them.
We have hundreds of 5 star reviews on our website that people trust, rather one angry customer, who clearly, complains on Trust Pilot about other brands too.
We do NOT lock any one into a subscription, ever. In fact, if you disliked the deodorant so much I am perplexed as to why you decided to subscribe anyway, after backing the Kickstarter campaign?
We only ship refills to people who subscribe. We send them an email a few days before their order to tell them their order will be placed, charged and shipped. You had plenty of time to cancel the subscription, or contact us to help you, if you couldn't manage this alone on the website. We would have been happy to help you.
Shipping to the US is expensive, we offer FREE shipping worldwide, 25% discount on the refills and you still find a way to say it's a rip off. Sadly some people just can't be pleased.
We are trying as a brand to make a difference, which is way more than 99% of brands currently do or offer.
Natural deo does not work for everyone, some people's body chemistry is just too strong. We can't help that. We do offer an anti perspirant now for anyone who finds natural deo too weak. I suggest trying this.
