Many thanks for your message and raising the issue with us. I also appreciate you taking the time to talk to me on the phone yesterday as soon as the problem has been identified.
Your order was received and packed within 4 hours and sent to Royal Mail for despatch. On further investigation Royal Mail failed to scan the product and made no attempt to deliver to you. This is why the tracking details still said ‘we are waiting for your parcel’.
On hearing about the issue on Monday morning the LifeSafe Team investigated the problem with our logistics and fulfilment partner and identified the issue with Royal Mail, we re-sent your order immediately which is due for delivery today.
I am very sorry that you had experienced this delivery issue with one of our partners. Please let me know if you would like any further information.

My cooking oil burst into flames
My cooking oil burst into flames in front of my eyes the other day. It’s never happened to me before. Luckily I’d bought this spray a few weeks before. It put out the fire immediately so there was no damage at all to my house (except to my saucepan 🫣) Very grateful I’d bought this and am giving one to each of my family for Christmas!
