We hired the f62 motorhome this week and it was superb,but the icing on the cake was darrel (the owner ) this guy can't do enough for you ! So clued up with all aspects, knows his motorhomes backwards and such a nice guy, if you want to hire from a wide range look no further you won't be disapointed !!

Just back from a week long trip in their Mileo motorhome. Fantastic service. The handover was very professional, Darrel was even able to handover earlier than expected which was a great bonus and I appreciated the earlier start to get us on our way. The motorhome was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. I have to say I was a little nervous when I first set eyes on the 24 foot monster, but I was soon able to get used to the handling. We toured the south area of the country and coved several miles over 4 sites. I would highly recommend Life’s An Adventure to anyone looking to hire a motorhome.

Absolutely fantastic service! I toured the country for a month in the Tessoro motorhome and it was a perfect experience. Darrel was extremely helpful and prompt in his replies to any enquiries. The vehicle was spotless and although driving it took some getting used to, I quickly gained my confidence. I would highly recommend Lifes An Adventure to anyone looking to hire a motorhome.

Just back from a great week’s holiday in Wales in Darrel’s brand new Benimar 481. Fantastic service over and beyond what you probably get using one of the big boys. Nothing too much trouble and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great Motorhome, perfect for what we needed and everything and more you could wish for was supplied. Tea bags, coffee, tin foil, the list goes on. A home away from home is what you get with this company.
A lot cheaper than other companies but with A1 service.
Darrel was most helpful and the handover of the vehicle upon pick up was thorough. I drove off with no questions in my head.

Wonderful holiday in a top of the range motorhome. We took the Majestic for a week travelling around Scotland, 2 adults and a 13 week old puppy. Couldn’t fault Darrel and his team who were available 24/7 with our queries. Definitely recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the near future. Just hired the Majestic motor home for four days for the first time for a last minute get-away to the Lakes. Found it surprisingly easy and comfortable to drive. The motor home was complete with all necessities, including tea, coffee and biscuits!!

The service we received from Darrel at Life's An Adventure was 10 out of 10. Very contactable and friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer all out questions!

Would definitely use again and recommend this to anyone. We are already planning out next trip!

Just come back from a geat break in Wales onboard a Lifes an Adventure motorhome. I picked up the van from Darrel and it was spotless, he did a quick run though but managed to cover everything and we were away. Very straightforward to drive, just take it easy lol. Very comfy beds, plenty of room for all your clothes, holiday gear. Definitely do it!!!

Faultless service, flexible and helpful, highly responsive and very friendly. The motorhome itself is a very high standard and there's nothing that hasn't been thought of inside. Simply bring your clothes and enjoy! We will definitely be booking again!

Me and a friend hired the Benimar to take to the Belgium grand prix over the August bank holiday weekend. When we went to pick up the motorhome Darrel explained everything we needed to know about the motorhome in detail. And also explained that he was contactable 24/7 should we have any problems.

We left our car at the Rochdale pickup point which is monitored by several cctv cameras.

The motorhome was a brand new 2017 model and in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was provided. Including a full European driving kit containing high vis vests, breathalyser etc which are needed for driving in France. Even washing up liquid, hand wash, torches and bin bags were provided! Plus too many other things to list.

Darrel also sourced us a European electrical hook up adapter when we informed him a few weeks before that we needed one.

The motorhome drives beautifully. The cruise control was a godsend when driving in Europe too. Made it a lot easier to keep to the kph speed limits. Sat nav had full Europe maps as well. We averaged about 26mpg, which is not too shabby for a vehicle that weighs nearly 3.5 tons fully loaded

The hot water, fridge and hob can run off either gas or electricity. So even if you are not staying somewhere with electric hook up you can still live comfortably. Lights and fans can also run off battery which is charged by a solar panel. The only thing that needs electric hook up to work are the sockets and the microwave.

2 gas cylinders were provided but we didn't even get through 1.

I honestly cannot think of any negative things to say about Darrel and his family's fledgling company. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. And because of that we had a fantastic trip.

Just to top it off. When we returned the motorhome Darrel had even had our car washed and waxed free of charge because we may not have got the result we wanted in the grand prix! If that's not a perfect example of how good this company is then I don't know what is!

I would highly reccommend Lifes An Adventure to anyone. We were so lucky to find them and book with them.

From the moment we decided to hire a motor home, our experience was made so much more comfortable and enjoyable having chose life's an adventure. As complete novices we was a little apprehensive about our lack of knowledge and experience. Luckily this company leave no stone unturned. The motorhome was so luxurious and provided everything we needed for two weeks touring; they think of absolutely EVERYTHING! you could need for an enjoyable experience. This all comes from Darrell who is available 24/7 for any assistance and support. As an experienced motorhomer, it's clear he knew what was needed to make our holiday a comfortable, stress free experience. I would certainly recommend life's an adventure for anybody considering motorhoming and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

We have just returned from a ten day trip to the Scottish Highlands with our two dogs in the immaculate Benimar motorhome from Life's An Adventure. 1500 miles of breath-taking scenery and the luxury of free-camping in idyllic spots to maximise the experience.
The motorhome was perfect. Fully stocked with every conceivable need; there was nothing Darrel hadn't thought of 'just in case'! I removed many of the items prior to leaving to ensure there was plenty of room for ten days worth of provisions, but actually there was far more storage down to clever compartments and design that I needn't have bothered (although I had no intention of ironing or sewing on missing buttons on this holiday!).
The motorhome drove beautifully, and was a lot nippier than first thought. It handled the hair-raising routes with ease and was the optimum size for even the trickiest of the coastal 500 route. Driving first to John O'Groats, then down to the western most point of the UK, Ardnamurchan Point, we also covered a couple of islands via ferry - Skye and Mull; we found there to be nothing too daunting for the Benimar.
The customer service received from beginning to end was exemplary. From the very first phone call, I was convinced this was the right company to use. Nothing was too much trouble - even delivering the motorhome to us so that we could leave earlier in the day. Every message or question prior to the trip was responded to immediately, and Darrel's promise of "I am contactable at all times during the trip for anything" was fulfilled. The deposit was returned the same day as the motorhome - another example of efficiency and attention to detail that sets this company apart.
I can honestly say that I would unreservedly recommend Life's An Adventure to anyone wanting to hire a motorhome in the future; we definitely will be doing so again!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! The Benimar was immaculate and easy to drive, we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the preparation (emergency tea bags etc 😀). The attention to detail and level of customer really set this above other rental experiences. Darrel was prompt & kind in dealing with queries before and during our holiday - it was very reassuring to have a genuine "text me if you need help". I thoroughly recommend this family company and would certainly use them again.

I have already recommended LAA to friends and family, and if we wasn't expecting a bundle of joy later on in the year, we would've already booked again.
From first contact for price a quote all the way to refunding the deposit was a pleasure.
It was the first time our family had toured and every bit of the holiday for us was a learning experience and we couldn't have hoped for better communication with LAA, before, during and after the holiday.
Even after a missed tunnel crossing payment and myself breaking the rear view mirror, Daryle refunded us the full deposit within days of returning the motorhome.
We had a fantastic memorable holiday, with no hassle or stress from LAA. Always contactable even when we were in Europe.
