Watch was literally as new, arrived next day (on a Saturday) and couldn’t have been better.

Outstanding service.
A very professional and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Very easy to communicate and deal with and a company I would 100 per cent recommend to anyone. More importantly the watch was delivered and was received in exactly the condition it was described. 10 out of 10 and a company I will use time and time again.

From ordering to receiving my new watch…
From ordering to receiving my new watch Gary was fantastic. Did a video of the watch and went into great detail displaying all angles and pointing out it was in mint condition. Received with in 24 hours and exactly as described, in fact it was better than expected. I 100% recommend this company and will be going back in the not too distant future to add to my collection.

Fantastic Customer service
Not often these days that you find customer as good as these guys provide. The whole experience was just so good and will definately use them again. Really knowlegdeable and genuine people who know there stuff and have obviously worked hard on getting customer service right. Really impressed and do not hesitate in giving them a call if you are looking for a watch or need some information about a model.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Daryl and Gary for some time now, the two most professional people in the watch business I’ve ever met, my last watch I’ve got from them is a dream, they worked out a la epic deal for me and they always, always go the extra mile… absolutely fantastic experience, the saying “don’t buy the watch, buy the dealer” was made for these guys. Purchased a Tissot online from Lifestyle Watches and couldn’t be happier. Daryl’s communication was brilliant and was happy to help with any queries I had. Watch was with me the next day really well packaged and they checked in with me to make sure I had received it and was happy. Would highly recommend them and look forward to buying from them again.
