Had my sink and tub reglaze. It was perfect

I had my bathtub reglazed. The man who did the job was pleasant but did sloppy work. My wood floors just outside the bathroom were stained with white paint. My bathroom walls had dust and paint that I had to struggle to remove. Overall, I thought the service was poor.

The tech who reglazed my bath tub was professional, did a great job and was very neat. It looks brand new.

My bathroom remodel with LifeTime Home Services exceeded expectations — the crew showed up on time, handled every detail professionally, and left the space looking entirely renewed. They took the time to protect surrounding areas, explained what they were doing, and made sure the cleanup was thorough. I’m pleased with the finished result and would work with them again for future projects.

Absolutely amazing! We got our bath tub reglazed and I can’t believe how it transformed my whole bathroom. The guys were so respectful of my home and took of their shoes and made no mess.

These guys were efficient and professional. They got straight to work, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom tiles, and recolored nearly every surface. The entire transformation was completed in under two hours, and the results were outstanding. Highly recommend their services!

Would highly recommend this company, very professional from beginning to end. Was able to get a very quick quote by sending a few pictures and was called after they were reviewed with a very reasonable quote and very through explanation of the process. Was able to schedule within days to have the project completed. The technician that came to do the job was very professional, protected the areas around where he was working, treated our home with respect and managed to keep the dust confined to the room he was working. The job he did was perfection, we now have a tub and tile surround that looks brand new without having to do it from scratch saving us a tremendous amount of money and giving us a good feeling we were able to restore the bathroom in our 100 year old house without loosing the character we love

For $800 our tub looks brand new. Was worth the money for sure. I want to work with them again for a few other projects

I had a great experience with Lifetime Home Services! They were professional, on time, and did an amazing job refinishing my bathroom. The team was friendly and answered all my questions. My bathroom looks amazing. I highly recommend them!

I hired Lifetime Home Services on May 27th, 2025 to do a complete re-grouting job in my bathroom.

The first issue is that the technician arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. It took the technician an hour and 30 minutes to complete the re-grouting job in my bathroom. Mind you, Pablo, the scheduling manager, informed me that the job would take 5 hours to complete.

The speed in which the job was completed is clearly indicative of the poor outcome of the job. For example, the technician did the following:

1.Allowed cement to drip on my tiles.
2. Left uneven grout lines
3.Grout powder / residue was left unclean
4. Caused my tub to clog because he allowed the grout powder and cement to go down my drain. I had to call a plumber which obviously cost me.

In essence, my bathroom was left a complete mess! I submitted photos of the so-called "complete grout job" to the owner. He agreed that the job was poorly done and that the job would be redone. When I spoke to Pablo to reschedule a time to send a technician to fix the aforementioned issues, he suggested sending the same technician who initially did the job. I expressed to Pablo that I felt uncomfortable with allowing the same technician to come back to redo the bathroom grouting. Instead of sending someone else out to do the job, Pablo told me that the owner would give me a call, I assume to discuss the issue of sending the original technician further.

3 weeks have gone by since being told by Pablo that the owner would call me. At this point, I would like my money back!

Homeowners beware do not hire this company for any home improvement jobs. RUN! I have pictures to illustrate the monstrosity.

The experience was nice prompt phone calls fast scheduling of the service appointment. The worker came and was alone he worked hard completed the work in 2 days. The bathroom looks so much better! Thank you!

They arrived on time, prepped and cleaned up as expected. Overall I was pleased with the outcome of my kitchen cabinet makeover.

They made an appointment for service quickly upon my calling. Tech called and said he was going to be an hour early and asked if that was ok. I said sure, upon arrival he brought in the equipment for the tub reglazing and advised the job was going to take about 3 hrs. He completed it and it looks great.

The bathtub glazing and re-grout job were reasonable. The guys the company sent were very nice, professional and hardworking though it would have been nice if the company had explained we needed to remove everything from the bathroom otherwise and/or covered everything so it wouldn’t covered in a thick toxic dust. Also, I was promised a discount which was never applied.”

Very easy to work with this company. And everything explain clearly and working my bathroom tile work now it's looking amazing
