Received a lovely mini hot tent stove, burned it off and it's good to go, absolutely perfect.

Minor issue resolved with immediacy by Katie who was super helpful.

I WOULD AVOID!
THEY DO NOT HONOUR THERE WARRANTIES.
Okay where do I start, I brought a fire pit used no more than 10 time in less than a year and cracks have started to appear all over it.
So like you do, it’s no problem got a 2 year warranty.
Well they might as well write it on toilet paper as it’s Worthless, and now seeing so many other people having the same problem with life under canvas.
They say you are at fault and you have done the damage. Well I know for a fact I’ve never done what they are saying.
Please if you are considering buying from this company I advise you to reconsider. If you have any issues at all they will say anything to get out making it right like so many others.
Don’t take my word just look them up on reviews.

Bought a full set up from life under canvas : 5m bell tent , stove basically everything you could need , used it twice on second use it was destroyed by 20 mph winds , life under canvass refused to acknowledge the inferior quality of their tent and refused to replace or refund. Brilliant tent as long as you use indoors terrible customer service.

Absolute refusal to accept that their product could have any potential defect or flaw. Refusing to replace tent under the warranty, despite repeated flooding. Initially refused to pay for collection and has just phoned to say that they have not and will not test the product or replace, as it's wet. Well, of course it is! This has gone on for over a month and their reasons for the flooding have varied from sun damage to the grass being too long! Never have they considered the possibility that the product has a fault. Either way, this product has been used on two occasions and is not fit for purpose. I think we can all agree that that's well in the confines of 'fair use'. The onus is on the seller to repair or replace. I am having to seek recompense through my credit card or, as they told me, through small claims. Disgusting way to treat customers. Do you want to take the risk?

A real pleasure to do business with. Multiple transactions over the past 3 years with a few tricky/unusual requests, and delivery to different locations.
