Had my phone broken and the customer service agent was great

Deze website verkoopt klinklare onzin. De site zegt een oplossing te hebben voor het probleem waar jij mee zit. In realiteit is niks minder waar. De zogenaamde oplossing bestaat uit overdreven acties, zoals je gsm terugzetten naar fabrieksinstellingen voor een minuscuul probleem. Ronduit een onacceptabele & onaangename website. Niks mee aan te vangen. Pure verspilling van kostbare tijd op deze prachtige aardbol. Jammer!

A recent article on EV charging had so many distortions and incorrect information that it was trash. Either the writers had no practical knowledge or this was a hit job hire. I suspect the latter given the kind of misleading info and red herrings.

I have 80k miles in EVs and I don know enough to say what I say.

I was taking a look at comparing phones and plans, etc. and I am sick and tired of seeing articles that say "The best ..... for SENIORS". As if we are all the same and somewhat incapable of anything. It is extremely discriminatory and needs to stop. There is actually a book called "Windows 11 For Seniors For Dummies." Insulting.

My address was entered incorrectly when ordering my phone. No option on their site to review and change it. I called CS and gave them the right address. They said they couldn't change it from their end. No computers? I finally got to a rep. with half a brain who said they corrected the address. They sent my phone to the initial incorrect one instead. The package got held up at Fedex due to this. All they had to do was call Fedex with the right address to have it sent to me that day, but they wouldn't. I called again to give them my correct address. It took a half hour for them to do this. I called back to make sure they had it correct. I gave the new rep. my order #. She said they didn't have a record of it, and that they don't even provide service in my state. I wanted to go with another company, but wanted to compare the different phones they provided for the Lifeline program. I called again and asked what phone Life Wireless were sending me. They put me on hold for a while and came back, saying "When you get your phone, call us to activate it." I told them that's not why I was calling and told them to cancel my order. These people are massively incompetent.

Lot of problems with my Thinkpad USB 3.0 with Ethernet connection problems. Thanks to Lifewire that I have solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. Reccomended!

I wasn't very impressed that their top rated disk wiper is no longer supported and didn't work very well for me.

It's also kinda lame that they don't have a comment section for issues like this.

It is hard to find a happy person (among the approx 90 negative comments, listed on trustpilot.com reviews website) with a decent comment regarding the Russian Yandex.com e-mail services provider, while Lifewire.com have posted an article RE: the top 10 e-mail providers of 2021 on their website that includes Yandex as one of the best!!!. The sad thing is that when this matter was brought to their (Lifewire.com ) attention, not only they ignored us but also their moderators censored our objective feedback, which provided also a link to trustpilot.com… (with many comments related to Yandex...) for Lifewire folks to verify the finding and correct their opinions of Yandex.com or at least allow people to post comments within their article and express their feedback – unfortunately we were ignored and censored. Apparently here pops up the simple two aspects question: 1. Are the Lifewire staff that incompetent, hence can’t execute a simple search on the topic prior to writing this article Or 2. The scammers at Yandex.com paid them to write such reviews. We aren’t talking here any knowledge in algorithms required for Googling or DuckDuckGoing what’s out there online in relation to Yndex…, so we would go with option number 2. Finally, for any entity that values Free Flow of info, Fairness, Objectivity in reviews etc, you may take your business with Lifewire (if any) elsewhere; they apply censorship and support such companies, we strike back with our own reviews…

There tech site was life saver!! , a lot of good info there . helped me to recover my lost files :)

Their top 10 memes of the year was trash... Please immediately add the song Wild Wild West by Wild Motherf*ckers to the list and move it to position two. The Ice Bucket challenge or "the Dress" (roflmao?) can undoubtedly be removed with no hesitation. The current list is simply unacceptable!
I hope you will accommodate this urgent request, as this will surely please the majority of your loyal readers, of which I am one.
