SCAMMERS! I swear don't order from this company!!
I am extremely disappointed with Liftlab’s customer service and warranty process.
The product I received does not work as advertised, yet instead of providing a replacement or refund, their support team keeps asking me to troubleshoot the issue myself. I have already spent far too much time sending emails, explaining the problem, and providing multiple videos showing that the product is not functioning properly.

At this point, it feels like they are more interested in delaying a resolution than actually helping their customers. I purchased a product expecting it to work, not to become responsible for diagnosing and fixing it.
Despite clear evidence that the product is defective, they have refused to offer a replacement and will not issue a refund.

The constant back-and-forth with support has been frustrating and exhausting. If you’re considering buying from Liftlab, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may end up spending weeks proving the issue without receiving any meaningful help or resolution.
Very disappointing experience overall. DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE.

Stopped working after one use .

No results after using this product for a month. A waste of money. Do not buy this product. It doesn’t work.

Scam, Scam, Scam. Do not purchase from this company. They give you the run around to cancel an order, and so ultimately you can’t. Then they tell you to simply refuse the delivery. So, that was my plan. They provided tracking info from DHL. I put a note on my door with the delivery rejection instructions Liftlab provided. BUT it was delivered with USPS. They provided false information to make it impossible to return without a fee, if at all.

Got one for my husband as well LOL. It actually worked super well on his forehead wrinkles.

Love using this during the day when I need a refresh. Super relaxing and snatches!

This has helped tighten my skin, but the price is kind of high compared to others.. I guess the free serum helps.

I love this device, but it’s a bit tricky to clean properly, anyone have recommendations on best to clean the head?

I was skeptical at first, but after using this device for a few weeks, my skin looks totally different. My forehead wrinkles have softened, and my double chin has significantly reduced. The EMS vibration feels so relaxing, and it really helps tighten and sculpt my face.

Loving this. I was skeptical at first. I am 63 & lucky not to have big old sun wrinkles from baking in the sun but i do have those fine lines & lip lines, the '11's' & feel like my face wasn't as firm. I discovered LiftLab online & said what the heck. Well, one bottle done & I couldn't wait to get more. They also ship really fast & great customervservice Let's admit it we all love compliments, especially from people we don't really know. People cant believe my age & say I have a glow. I just am so pleased with this productv& I have the tool as well. I admit I don't usevit everyday butvabout 3-4 times a week & the results are apparent pretty quickly. It's a nice way to take care of your skin & spoil yourself..give it a try, you won't be sorry!

Was operating great until the 3 month mark hit and the light only lights up 3/4 of the way and does not operate properly anymore after only 3 months - AND THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE THE SCULPTOR!!! i'm sorry but for a $79 device it should certainly last more then 3 months!!!! Buyers Beware!!!
