Don nigel and terry What assets they are to your company. They worked their socks off while they were fitting 3 ramps to our new workshop. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They were on a tight schedule to get the ramps done in time for open day. I honestly can’t describe how hard they worked to get the job done. I will definitely be using lift master again for any future lifting equipment.
The engineers ( Dom and Nigel) were prompt to arrive and carried out the installation with great professionalism and were super tidy.
They were polite and talked us through the operation after install.

Dylan is always very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. On a couple of occasions when we’ve had problems with our workshop equipment, he has liaised with the office and, together with Liftmaster, arranged for an engineer(himself) to attend very quickly and resolve the issues.
Most notably, when our MOT ramp developed a fault today, Dylan and the Liftmaster team organised for Dylan to be on-site within a couple of hours and the problem was sorted promptly, minimising disruption to our work.
We really appreciate the excellent service, professionalism, and quick response times especially from Dylan. Based on our experiences so far, we would have no hesitation in recommending Liftmaster and look forward to continuing to use their services.
I had my ramp installed today by Andrew Mason and George Cleaver from Lift Master, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to get my new ramp installed and ensure everything was completed to a high standard.
They were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. The installation was carried out efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I cannot fault this company one bit, absolute diamonds. Andrew Mason has gone above and beyond to help us with our ramp installation. They got here early to ensure everything was done in a timely manor. His professionalism and checking everything to a high standard was amazing.

Bought a quality Bendpak 4.5t Lift.
Liftmaster supplied a quality ramp. Installed in a day very professionally by Ben, Andy and George.
Was not the most straight forward of installations due to flooring issues. Any problems were fully explained and we are more than happy with the final result. Top team.

Could not have hoped for a better team to get the ramp installed, they were here early, worked around our staff and showed everyone what we needed to know. The three guys, Don, Nigel and Terry did everything they could to get us up and running with minimal fuss. Even the Sales rep popped by to make sure everything was going to plan.
