Poor customer service
This companies alternated customer service is pretty much useless.if you get any problems you go round and round in circles and when you finally get some one they do not do as they advise.good luck if you choose to use them it's a real lottery to get your purchase

Reasonably happy
Delivery was swift and packaging wasn't excessive.
I bought two identical lights as part of a deal and at a competitive price, however the light beam differs between the two lights, which is a little irritating given that they are placed on the same shelf. Also, the stem that screws into the base is in two parts with one screwing into the other; whilst this gives the option of having a tall or short light, the screw in one of the lights doesn't align exactly, so the long stem is at a slight angle. It's not a major problem, but now I've noticed it...

Very disappointed
Very disappointed to discover no UK helpline despite the co.uk as really difficult to pair Calex Motion Sensors to 2.4ghz channel on a virgin media hub 3. Days wasted after fairly slow delivery. No real instructions about the Calex product, nothing in the box. Not happy with the whole experience.

Product never arrived!
Product never arrived!! It says on there side sent and paid but Royal mail teacker It just says awaiting parcel. Ive reached out to light expert but no response so far or refund.

Lovely outside lights.easy to fit. Haven't tried them yet as still waiting for 2nd fix electrics.

Terrible after sales care
Terrible after sales care, only 1 parcel
arrived but only 1 tracker number for 2 parcels so Royal Mail system said it was all delivered. The email given was returned, the help pro-forma didn’t allow for this issue and kept clearing itself back to blank and the telephone number message was in Dutch and just rang out. I spent a day trying to figure out how to speak to someone. Then the 2nd package turned up. Wouldn’t order from them again for this reason, no need for poor comms & confusion with customers.

As described and good quality item
Good selection of fittings and a good price for the one I chose. Excellent value on a bulb as well. The fitting was received in good time and well packaged. It looks smart and appears to meet the description, in particular as I needed something weather proof. It appears of good quality and I have had it installed and it works exactly as described ( and meets my requirements). Would recommend.
