Good communication by email about dispatch and delivery. Delivered to the wrong address half a mile away by DPD. Took a while to find out the address from the picture provided by them. Not so they are the best company to use for your deliveries.

Nice item
Nice item. Boxed well, nice light fitting, good price. Delivery tracked. Only issue was that, though we used dimmable GU10 dimmable bulbs they do not dim. Electrician said that they need another type as there are various bulbs.

The products were fine overall and it was my fault for assuming they were made of metal and glass without checking. However , the transparent part of the lamp is plastic and I decided to send them back. All good , I payed for the label and packed them off but almost three weeks after the money did not reach my account. There is no communication from their end although the packed was delivered. Will try to contact the company.

Pleased with our purchase
Prompt delivery. Our loft lighting is now excellent compared with two incandescent light bulbs. Fairly easy to connect to existing electric wiring.

Parcel delivered to wrong address
My parcel.has not been delivered to my address, apparently the parcel was delivered to another address and the photo thas was shown did not resemble my parcel just by size

Great lights for garage workshop
A great set of lights for my garage workshop giving real daylight levels. of light. Each unit is rigid and robust unlike some of the others I had which were like pieces of floppy plastic!. They come on instantly, no flickering. Very pleased with them and the price. Also very fast delivery.

I ordered two floodlights with PIR sensor and after a long delivery, One of the lights had a different PIR sensor to what was advertised and the other one just sheered off after 5 minutes into the installation so I contacted the so called "Customer Service" and it took them a week to get back to me just to get back to me and did not even try to resolve the issue and the problems still remains unsolved after 3 weeks since I placed the order. As other reviews have mentioned, the customer service number number does not even work when you call from the UK and the call just drops!
Over all it's been a terrible experience and I will never ever use this company again
