We used Lightfoots for the sale of our property and purchase of a new home, and were fortunate to have Elise Staples deal with the conveyancing on both. Elise was simply outstanding. She stepped in with no fuss to seamlessly pick up our files from a colleague even though the process was well underway. From then on Elise was professional, knowledgeable and approachable, proactive in her communication and always available to clarify progress even at the most stressful of times with a cheery manner.
