Very bad server traffic speed. it has only 18.5Mbps. can't run even personal website smoothly. wasted my deposited money.

They charged me $220 without me knowing and they are not even replying to support tickets. I am trying to contact since 1 week. They are making the ticket status complete without replying.

The support is really bad, and the server's network speed is bad. The route and latency of the server is really bad, overall its too expensive and the performance is not on par, get something better.

To all the citizens of the world... please DO NOT buy anything from this Company... They do not know business, the attention is less than terrible. They don't have a decent user manual. There is no support for anything. They charge first, they don't give refunds if we don't like it... What a way to steal people's time, with such a slow internet...

Scammers in Asia!
Once the balance of my account is below $1, they intensionally decrease the spec and band width of my vm.
After topping up some balance again, now the server is working abnormally with 100% CPU usage all the time without any process running clearly!

They control your server and down and up anytime they like!
not honest company.

So its the same IP's 38.60 no matter the 'datacenter' we pick and region of the world, they want to let you believe they have different ones, also i never seen a service so slow in my entire life, no matter how many vcpu and ram i pick i can't have a fluent mouse, far from it its pixel mouses instead, and have you seen the amount of fake trustpilot 5 start comment ?? read well, its IMPOSSIBLE to miss them the way they are written, this service is one and a half start at max in medium appreciate from real users. Awfull

Bad service.
I have bought a VPS. We cannot even try the server first. We have to load money into account to create a server. I have created and some times it shows NoVCN then after some time it shows desktop. But is very very slow. We can't even use the machine. Opened a ticket and they have not responded yet.
I will not recommended it to anyone. Please avoid it and save your money.

Edit: I contaced the support and they told me that use any RDP client for connection. Then server works good when used with "Microsoft Remote Desktop".

Very disappointing experience. Received extremely poor response from their customer support. I created a ticket three days ago, and it's still in processing with no one available on chat for assistance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend using their service. Webairy is a better option in comparison.

Scam. Stay away. They share the resources with others to the extent your own VPS won't work at all. Bad support, no refund policy, hidden statistics (like download speed of 1mbps).

They took down one of my servers without warning, saying it was "suspected" of IP abuse. We received no DCMA or abuse notifications before this abrupt action. Further, they have provided no evidence whatsoever after repeated complaints and requests.

Support is pathetic. No one is available to communicate for 7 days. They are not issuing my refund for 10 days.

The service is extremely overpriced and uderqualified, for 8$ a month you only get 1TB of traffic and the bandwidth is capped out at 100mb/s with horrible specs! and you cant even get a refund.
also all the 1 star reviews look as generic as it gets clearly made by bots overall horrible experience please don't waste your money

the company is playing double policy. when i recharge at amount of 10$ they are trying to deduct the $78.21 from my credit card. its just like fraud. even i have talked to live chat but they reply after 1 day. thats unfair. below is the amount which they are trying to deducting

They don't have any refund policy even if you didn't use your balance on site you can't withdraw it
