A long term customer and I will continue to return. Visited with a friend and the service from Anna was first class, very knowledgeable, honest and we never felt rushed. Always an excellent product choice and the pricing for the quality is value for money,

I ordered some lights from this company two weeks ago. After ordering expected an email to say item dispatched. 3 days after ordering cancelled after ordering from another company who delivered the following day. Still waiting for my refund from light plan

A delay in dispatch followed by a slow refund is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand why you lost confidence and went elsewhere. We hope the refund was eventually resolved to your satisfaction, and that improvements we've made since mean this would be a very different experience today. We'd love the chance to restore your faith in Lightplan if you ever need us again.
Car Park: There is a customer car park at the rear of the shop, and its Free.
First Impression: The shop was very well maintained and has a full availability of Lights.
Customer Service: Excellent Customer Service. The moment we enter the Owner approached us and ask for any help and support we need. He also explained that there is 30% discount ongoing on the top of labelled price. We went for help couple of time and ask few suggestions, the Owner / Staff was very helpful and explained how the electrical fitting works and which lighting is best for Living room. There was no hard selling which was a plus point.
Last Impression: Eventually we purchased an item, and the Owner / Staff told us the exact price after the discount and even advised to take the photo of the Invoice / Bill for future reference if something is damaged or need replacement. Highly recommended for all your lighting needs

Lights didn't turn up after 2 weeks so had to chase and eventually got a response, no apology just to say they would send them. Poor customer service, won't be ordering again from here.

We're sorry for the delayed response to your review, Peter, and sorrier still for the experience that prompted it. A two-week wait followed by a response that lacked any acknowledgement of the inconvenience is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand your frustration. We have worked hard to improve our communication and order management since then, and we hope that if you ever find yourself in need of a lighting supplier again, you might give Lightplan another chance.
Great service and helpful advice when I rang the store. Lights arrived very fast and my hallway and bedroom lights look amazing.
