Lightsy Avis 22

We purchased 2 chandeliers at a cost of over £ 1100
from Litssy.
On their website these looked exactly what we were looking for.
When they arrived weeks after payment,they were in packaging from China.
When we opened the product they were absolutely nothing like what the images stated.
Very poor quality,with parts missing.
Litssy would not re-imburse and have failed to reply to any correspondence going forward,via email,and telephone.We have been sold an absolute pile of rubbish,and have now purchased replacements from a great company in Stoke,albiet an additional £ 1700.
Beware of Litssy,they really are an inferior company who were keen to take our money,but not so keen to help when there was a genuine problem.
Would never touch these again,very dissatisfied to say the least,and out of pocket !

Not only do they supply dangerous rubbish but however many times you ask them not to, they bombard you with spam. I have grave doubts about the 5* reviews.

SCAMMERS. Wanted a refund and they refused. Eventually stated to return to a UK depot and now refusing to answer calls and emails. Do no use bank card to order from this company. They have blatantly scammed us.

Ordered in October, followed up several times as never heard any updates. Got a few "we'll check on this for you" emails and now the website doesn't exist anymore.

Same experience as another review I just read, I wish I had read it before placing the order… they never reply to any email, or calls. Feels like a scam. I may have been one of the e last victim, as now even their website isn’t working.

Ordered a light early September 2022. Never received it. Never answer the phone. Never replied to voicemails. Replied to 2 out of about 10 emails early on saying it was delayed then stopped replying to emails. Ultimately managed to get my money back from my credit card provider after 6 weeks of wasted time. Found the light elsewhere and very happy. I would advise you to NOT buy from these people. Mistakes can happen to anyone but customer service tells you what kind of company they are. I dont think they are a scam just COMPLETELY USELESS.

I've literally never come across such awful customer service in my life. I ordered £80 of lights on the website on 8/8/22, it's been a month and I've not had any proper update. I've emailed multiple times, which result in a delayed apology from Billy, but then nothing happens after. They say they will dispatch but nothing. No order update to say it is out of stock, or anything. I've called so many times, during the week, but the phone goes to an answer phone. Do not even bother with these guys. Have to now go through my bank to try and get a refund...

I ordered a lamp with Lightsy and it came in perfect condition. I previously ordered the same lamp from another retailer and it came chipped, so I was very pleasantly surprised this time.

I recommend that you get in touch with customer service if you have any issues. Phone or email will work and they will be able to quickly help you. I was very happy with their amazing and attentive customer service. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

i have to apologise for initially putting a poor review about this company. I purchased a product from a company with a similar name
lightzey.com who supplied me with very dangerous xmas lights.
i realised my mistake and deleted the review before it was seen.
So please dont use the other company by mistake.

Superb service, thank you Billy. I required lights to be sent to me as quickly as possible as two retailers had been unable to supply lights that were shown in stock. Lightsy not only supplied next day, but matched and even beat the price of the other two retailers. The all round experience of dealing with Lightsy was excellent.

Billy and the Team delivered a fantastic Nordlux product and great service - we now have a lovely LED light on the outside of our refurbished Coach House! Will definitely be back for more.
