تم تسجيل خروجي من حسابي في LikeCard بشكل مفاجئ يوم 15/02/2026 أثناء استخدامي الطبيعي للحساب، ومنذ ذلك التاريخ لا يمكنني الدخول نهائيًا، وتظهر لي دائمًا رسالة:
"يوجد مشكلة في النظام، حاول بعد قليل"
🔴 المشكلة الأخطر أن داخل الحساب يوجد رصيد محتجز بقيمة 27,381 ريال سعودي، ومعي إثبات شاشة يوضح رصيدًي في لايك كارد بالكامل
الحساب كان موثق بالبريد الإلكتروني:

وكان مربوطًا برقم سعودي قديم:

هذا الرقم كان معي أثناء إقامتي في السعودية، وبعد عودتي إلى مصر تم سحب الخط وأصبح مملوكًا لشخص آخر، وهو ما تسبب في تعقيد المشكلة.
وعندما حاولت حل المشكلة، تم التواصل مع صاحب الرقم الحالي وإخافته ببلاغات تتعلق بغسيل الأموال، مما جعله يرفض أي تعاون.

لكن للأسف لم يتم تقديم أي حل، ولم يساعدني أي فرع في استعادة الحساب أو الرصيد، رغم وجود تذكرة دعم رقم 700743.
❌ حتى الآن، لم يتم فتح الحساب أو إعادة الرصيد، وكل ما أحصل عليه هو تجاهل أو وعود بدون تنفيذ.
⚠️ أحذر الجميع من الاحتفاظ بأي مبالغ كبيرة داخل هذا الموقع، لأن حسابك قد يُغلق فجأة بدون سابق إنذار، وقد يتم احتجاز رصيدك لفترة طويلة بدون حل.

Bad support team, i paid for my orders and yet they ask me to send handwritten statement with my id regarding my purchase. if you have hacker issues fix your security but if i pay for something and you deduct from my account instantly i expect my order instantly and dont give me BS excuses.

Scammers, I bought a PS card for $80, but I didn't receive the card and every time I contact them they give me false excuses and a fake hotline! They are a group of thieves, be careful
Bad service
Very hard to reach someone. They take time holding your money before either giving it back or sending you the card you bought. Moreover, they have no special treatment for recurring customers.
Not scammers but not recommended either.
It's very bad service no one giving us complaint solving issues and they provided one free card for testing that one also not redeeming so I cannot trust them .

Thefts they blocked my account with 420 SAR in it, I did all I can to get my SAR back but they swindled it.
I bought from your site plenty of times and now after I finished buying and refreshed the Page, I was shocked that I am banned, I want my money or the diamonds.
I'm from Egypt and tried to purchase a gift card from them but there were no payment options available. Contacted their live chat support and they kept repeating the same useless words that I should be from Egypt to open paying with Visa/MasterCard, and I told them that I'm but they are stupid on a whole new level until they ended the chat without help at all or even opening a payment method for me instead of nothing.
I don't recommend them at all.

Thiefs app, it is an app with weak security that's why all scammers asks for it. i have no idea how could a person redeem a gift card without the password but this is a thing the app owner should work on it !
They won’t allowed me to refund I pay ITunes card instead of psn card . Also they took so much time.
