It's unfortunate that I had to rate my experience this low. Very hard to communicate with this company and to get a straight answer. When it was meant to be out and delivered within 7 days it took a more than a month and was delivered to the incorrect suburb when clearly on my invoice it had the right address details. Paid a lot of money for the product with a such a poor customer service and delivery.
Never recommend its a waste of money. Totally scam
Scam, doesn’t let you leave a review on their website. Says “fast shipping” & “free delivery this week” I ordered a product on Monday it’s been 4 days now and it still hasn’t been dispatched. When I send an email asking when is it being dispatched? I just get an automated reply saying “they are working on it” Not pleased at all. Poor service. Don’t waste your time. If I ever do receive the product and it works as described I’ll be leaving a positive review. Until then I would not recommend.
First things first, the product just doesn't work - that's the most important thing. They offer a 'Growth Guarantee' which, according to their own words is a "no questions asked" guarantee. What they don't tell you is that "no questions asked" actually translates to "jump through all these hoops and answer all these questions." You must use the kit for 150 days minimum, though you WILL run out of product within about 60 days or less. You must also prove with monthly photos your beard-growth progress (or lack thereof). But hey, no questions asked right?! Also, their 50% off sale that ends today? It's perpetual. Oh, and I have good reason to believe the reviews they post are fake because they do not have a facility to leave reviews on their website. If I could add a little more seasoning, shipping takes about a month. It's all just another case of "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is" and I fell for it. So yeah, the product doesn't work, the guarantee is near-on impossible to claim back, and all signs point to this whole thing being a scam.
