I have never received anything from this company. My bank flashed it up as a scam. I checked through my bank statement.
I find £12:95 was taken end of August, then again beginning of September this time £79:90, when they applied for another £79:90, towards the end of September, my bank blocked my debit card, and informed me of a scam. I have been robbed of £93:85. How do I get my money back?

He tried to cancel and it’s impossible to cancel.
He tried to phone to cancel and none of the phone numbers for the uk work - from the email or from the website.
The form to cancel also says it does not recognise the order number. Convenient for them.
