Elena was amazing! Not only did she custom make the arrangement I wanted, she went over and above the call of duty to modify the 'special message' i wanted to send with them. What was even more amazing was that i am on the other side of the world and she kept in touch despite our opposite time zones. Don't go anywhere else. She's great and the flowers are amazing. I've yet to hear back from "the love of my life" so it would be nice to know for 100% certain that the lady in question got them personally...but I'm sure she did. 10/10. 20/10 if this can be confirmed.

Had a family funeral to organise at short notice and I found Lilac & bloom, the website looked lovely and I wanted a specific colour scheme, the owner Elena was so helpful and sorted me a coffin sheath and then later I added more flowers which she took on with no issues, she made my life so much less stressful and I really appreciate it and want everyone to know what a great company this florist is! The flowers were stunning and perfect in size, will deffo buy from again and recommended to everyone. Thank you so much Lilac & bloom! 🙏🏻

We reached out to Lilac and Bloom to provide a bouquet for our Civil Wedding with less than 48hrs notice. Eleanor was incredibly accommodating and efficient, made us feel at peace and delivered with an exceptional beautiful Bouquet! All guests were so impressed and we couldn’t stop singing her praises! We had a great experience using Lilac and Bloom for our wedding flowers. Elena had quite the task to decorate our church ceremony in Kensington and reception venue in Richmond but she made both spaces look beautiful. We were so happy with how it all looked and got lots of compliments on the flowers - from the Urns on the alter, to the bouquets, buttonholes and table centrepieces. Thanks Elena!

Fantastic service. I made an error on the order and was surprised to receive an email the same evening to query it. Despite a late order, the flowers were delivered the next day ahead of a funeral. So many people commented on how stunning the arrangement was and I received pictures of the arrangement from the family. They were so touched. Thank you 🙏

The Christmas Wreath making workshop was one of the most beautiful experiences I have lived with my lady friends. I did not choose this workshop at random, but specifically for Elena's talent, professionalism and warmth. A very good choice. We went to Richmond all the way from Watford and it was such a lovely Saturday afternoon. They welcomed us with a big smile, Prosecco and cakes. The table was already set with everything we needed for the wreaths and there were plenty of options. She explained the process step-by-step, ensuring everyone is following along then she walked round the table assisting everyone that need it. She also had Matt doing group pictures which was great to capture the moments. Thank you again, Elena and Matt. See you next year.

Elena is simply THE BEST Floral creator in my area of Richmond Twickenham and St Margarets. I have ordered birthday and evening gift flowers, and they have always been so beautiful. Elena also regularly decorates the outside of my Business premises in St Margarets. Her seasonal creations are stunning and I get lots of compliments and am always super happy to recommend Elena and her floral service. She also does the MOST AMAZING wedding flowers and I enjoy watching her Instagram posts showcasing her talented wedding successes. Highly recommend Lilac and Bloom.

My cousin was feeling very down after an operation. I telephoned Elena at 3.30pm to ask her whether she could do me an emergency delivery - she was so kind and helpful. The beautiful bouquet of red tulips made my cousins day and cheered her up immensely. Thank you so much

We contacted Elena for a funeral flower arrangement and she replied within 30 minutes of my enquiry and was so helpful with the whole process. We opted for the posy in shades of pink and the finished arrangement was absolutely stunning, it looked even better than the picture online. Would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Elena made up a gorgeous 4' display for my Mum's coffin. It was very lovely indeed and delivered to the Undertakers with no problem. Very good value, which is great as I wanted to support a local business. The price was very competitive too. You should try and shop around even though it's under difficult circumstances - you'll save yourself a lot of money!!
