LOVE the toys from Lilted

I really like the customer service and toys which my son loves. they are really well thought through and engage him. I love that they are all wooden and not plastic!

Not a great experience

I didn’t find the toys age appropriate but that might be just my personal case. However, the process is not great - I kept being chased to return the play kits even though it has been delivered with an incredible delay and I’d had confirmation that I could keep it for longer given the delayed delivery. To add to it (and I appreciate it’s in the T&C’s but seriously..) when I tried to cancel I got charged £50 for purchasing the initial 12 month discounted plan and cancelling early and I’m still not sure how that was calculated but was so tired of it that I chose to pay just to get rid of this subscription.

Tomorrow will be a week since I’ve placed an order. I haven’t received any information when it will be delivered. Customer support is not replying. What is the point of toys for particular child’s age if delivery takes so long he will grow out of them by the time I get them!

Overall Good, wish returns were a bit different

We’ve done 3 months so far. Two out of the three were great. The toys sent were developmentally appropriate and interesting. One of the kits had the most random things and they did not seem fit for the age or size of our girl.

The only complaint I would have is that I wish they give a little more time for returns. They give like 1 day to return the items after you receive the new box, which is a bit hectic with a small child. A slightly bigger window would be nice.

You need this in your life!

I’ve just received my first box today and I’m really impressed! Delivery was sooner than I expected and the variety of toys is amazing! My little one was so interested straight away! I love that the toys are wooden and each toy is different from another. Also love the price tag!! Was debating between another competitor and I just couldn’t justify the price for bi-monthly boxes, where as LILEDU’s being so affordable and its monthly is what sold me. But the toys are such better quality and quantity than I expected!! Keep up the good work LILEDU 😊
