Nice items

I buy alot from you , but today only half the order went through and then send the other half through.
They let me know the other half didn't go through so please refund me service charges. Had the full order gone through would have had no charges

Outstanding.

Had 6 items in my cart,wanted only 4.
Took some time for me to delete 2 tees.
Have bought tees from Lilicloth before and the tees are a good fit and comfortable.Overall a great company.

Ho Humm from China

Received the order in 2 separate shipments and the 1st t-shirt wasn't anything I ordered. They refunded the cost.
The remaining shirts arrived in one order and were correct however these shirts fit weirdly. The sleeves aren't quite right and tight. The print is a heat transfer and will last a few wash cycles before they will start to peel off.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
The company contacted me about removing this review. "would you consider a 50% refund for them and delete/upgrade your Trustpilot review?" People should know what they are buying so no, the review is honest.
The product is Chinese garbage.
Update: They did refund my money after 14 emails. To add some more detail, the sleeves are too short and feel like they are binding in my armpit, the seams on the shoulders are not even, causing the entire shirt to twist. The letters are heat transfers and after one wash are wrinkled. The letters are also too large to fit and read on the shirt without holding the bottom out so people can read it. I'm not sure how a company can mess something so simple up but they did.
Once again, I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Please note we do not use standard US size. Every item has its own size chart. Some of the items has smaller measurements than standard size, and some larger. Hope for your understanding.

Great choice of products

The experience was great as so many reductions were available but it would have been perfect if not for the very high shipping cost !

Cheap clothes & horrible return policy. Save your money

I received a gift that was purchased from this online store, a sweatshirt that’s definitely not as cute in person as it looks online. It’s fleece lined so very soft on the inside but unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about it. The outer layer feels like polyester so it’s not soft, it has straight sleeves, no cuffs, in the picture it’s shown with the sleeves rolled up to show the fluffy white fleece lining which looks cute but in reality, the sleeves are too long to leave rolled down but too short if you roll them up like in the picture so either way, it’s uncomfortable. Their return policy is awful, you can only return it within 15 days after receiving it and the buyer has to pay the return price, why should we have to pay for something that was poorly made and advertised? I’m so tired of these cheap, low quality, sweat shop made clothing sites that are making a fortune off of their falsely advertised clothes.

You are lying that I reached out to you regarding a return but didn’t include the complaints I wrote about in my review. I never reached to your company, I read your return policy that states you only accept returns 15 days after the purchase date so I knew that you would not accept my return in the first place because it was given to me as a gift so it was over a month past the return eligibility date, and even if it wasn’t, I would rather give an item away to a second hand store than pay to return it. I would not have wasted my time reaching out to you after reading your scam return policies, so please stop acting like you may have been willing to work with me but I left out details.
Good luck with whatever career you choose after your scamming store goes out of business.

The picture online show the lining by rolling up the sleeve so that customer can make sure there's fleece lined, and it could be designed a bit longer than usually to help keep your hands warm. We regret to know that you are not satisfied with this design.

If customer think the product does not look like what's shown on picture, they can provide us with a brief description of the problem, along with a clear photo of the incoherent part. If it's about material, please send us photo of the material tag on the product. Our service team will check on it and provide proper solution.

We regret to have heard your complaint on Trustpilot. As we checked, when we got your return request by email, these issues were not mentionned. Our representative handled the case by standard process. Hope for your understanding.

According to our policy, items can be returned within 15 days from the final delivery date (except for final sale items, accessories, bags, underwears and swimwear). Customer at least needs to CONTACT us to submit return request within this time frame, and it's ok to actually return it a little bit later.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, unless the product is defective or wrong in size/color.

Confusion re: auto response do not cultivate good customer service

I may have filled out the boxes incorrectly however/but - this message should have been to the purchaser's email - me - I am the purchaser. Capri Djatiasmoro is the person to whom the gift is to be shipped - thus the shipping address. The recipient has not yet received what is supposed to be a surprise gift. The email for tracking the product - when it is to be shipped is okay but the purchase price should not been on that email - disappointed and annoyed.
