Liliosa Lingerie Avis

Avoid at all costs. Their customer service skills are appalling and extremely condescending . Don’t give money to this company.

All sets are from Shein, Temu etc. Telling people they are buying luxury lingerie sets. Have photos of the brand new ones they released today on Temu and Shein. Spent a sheer fortune on items for them to come defective with stitching defaults around cuppings etc. This took me to do a bit of investigating. Didn't take me long to find the same sets on Shein, Temu etc. Including ones that have been released newly today.

Every piece of lingerie I own from Liliosa is amazing! Ella, Hayley and Elle are the best🤩
I can’t help buying when the price is so good and the sets are so beautiful!!

I love the lilliosa community made me feel welcome and safe and best of all feel confident

Great styling on the clothing. Fantastic customer service 👏

Absolutely in love with the sets from Liliosa! The team on the live always smash the energy, the vibes and always picking the best sets! A special thanks to El & Steph always picking me the most stunnnning sets! The lingerie is a dream, so comfortable and affordable! Their clothing is nice and I like it but my only problem is the customer service hasn’t sent me back an email about my order that is being sent back to the sender, but I do hear it’s cause of the delivery company DPD but idk, I’ve sent two emails asking about it and haven’t gotten a reply yet, but I hope it will be resolved and I can finally get my order.

Lovely ladies, helped me choose the most gorgeous sets. Such fast delivery will definitely be ordering again!

Perfect beutiful

Good product, I wish the customer service lived up to it.

I have had issues multiple times with this company when trying to resolve queries with my order.

The first time I was trying to change product size from medium to large as my wife had gained a little weight and felt that large would be a better fit.

Despite being assured this had been done, my orders continued to arrive in medium.

Once this was eventually resolved and the orders began arriving in large, I had no further issues until my latest monthly subscription box.

A box ordered 24th August 2025 didn't arrive. Normally it would arrive 2 days after the order was placed but Mid September arrived and the order was still showing as not dispatched in my account.

After multiple attempts to follow this up and being told that the order would be dispatched "within an hour" it was finally dispatched after 2 weeks of "customer service". When the order did arrive it wasn't my usual monthly subscription box but a battered and damaged "budget box".

Despite asking multiple times how to cancel my subscription and not being given an answer that worked, I have removed my payment method from my Shop account just to stop any orders with this company.

It's a shame because my wife and I love the product but it isn't worth the hassle of trying to engage with customer service via email if you have any issues.

Ordered a set that was out of stock in my size, I was messaged immediately and has a new set sent out the same day! Amazing customer service and amazing lingerie

Absolutely obsessed with this business, I will be purchasing more! The staff are iconic and pick out the best items on TikTok live!!
