Every thing happen when it was supposed to happen, every thing turned up when it was supposed to and all the "workmen " were experienced and helpful and very nice. Which meant that the whole experience was very good.

Lillevilla Cabin
Very prompt delivery. Really pleased with the construction and work work ethic of Mark. Mark was extremely quick and efficient and very informative about each part of construction and how to maintain the cabin in the future. The actual cabin meets up with all expectations.

Garden Pavilion installed - Top Job
Everything has gone like clockwork, from the delivery through to the installation. The Lilivilla staff throughout have been polite and professional, and have got the job done without fuss, so if I could score my whole experience I would give 10 out of 10.

We brought a ex demo cabin so didn't go up perfect, we had Dave out for 2 days who sorted any problems made our cabin absolutely perfect he is a credit to your company. All went smoothly from start to finish, pleasure to do business with you.

The cabin was delivered on time, very efficiently. Kenny, the installer, did a great job . We now have a great garden room, just waiting for the finishing touches. Can’t wait to start using it. Thank you to the team at Lillevilla.

The log cabin we purchased from…
The log cabin we purchased from Lillevilla recently was just perfect.
The process was seem less from ordering to installation, the installers Warren & Stuart erected the cabin in two days with no issues & completed a day early.
Finally all the staff at White Elms
(Lillivilla) were very helpful & informative throughout the process. I would high recommend them for anyone wanting to purchase a high quality cabin, keep up the excellent work

Staff really responsive and helpful
Staff really responsive and helpful, really bent over backwards to help. Fitters were amazing, really respectful and helpful and did an amazing job. Cabin looks great!! Just got to paint and seal it now, and hope I can do as good a job ;-) . Recommend!!
