OMGosh

OMGosh! Shame on me!!! I made the horrific mistake of ordering from them prior to checking out the company and reading all of these reviews. I canceled my order within two hours of placing it and there’s no telephone number or email that you can respond to easily I ordered what is supposed to be a wedding gift and now I am horrified that it is going to look like a preschooler made it from what I’m reading. It’s gonna be almost $60 down the toilet. I am sick to my stomach.

I ordered the Selene Mermaid Lamp

I ordered the Selene Mermaid Lamp, and upon opening the package, I found it had been damaged during transport. The lamp was so stunning that I contacted the company immediately; they responded quickly, letting me know they would ship a replacement.
By the next day, they had already provided a tracking number for the new parcel! Thank you so very much for not only responding quickly but for taking an unhappy situation and making it absolutely wonderful. I was so upset when I first saw the damage, but I truly appreciate how you handled this. Thank you!

liliandeden is a scam

liliandeden is a scam. I bought a couple of coffee mugs that looked beautiful in the pictures. It took like 3 weeks for the mugs to be delivered. When I opened the packages, I was so disappointed: the mugs were a distance reflect of what they advertise. They were made of cheap plastic, the interior was made of stainless steel, and they have a terrible smell (probably the glue that they use). I tried to return the items and the link that they have in their webpage could not locate my order. Then I found an their contact email which it was answered by Katrina, which is clearly a chat bot. It asked me what was wrong with my item. At the end it offered a 20% refund... 20%! If I wanted to keep the items, or a return address for me to pay for the delivery. I took the 20% because from other's people's reviews, I knew their return address was in China and the shipping was going to be very expensive. Stay away from these people! This is clearly a scam! I usually do not write reviews but his time I felt compelled. I hope this review helps prevent other people from being scammed!

I ordered the Mermaid with Moon lamp…

I ordered the Mermaid with Moon lamp for my little great niece for her birthday/Valentine’s Day. Living in Florida, I ordered it and had it sent her in California. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and I was so upset about. I contacted Lily and Eden and explained the situation and they said that they would replace it immediately. Unbelievably, they sent a replacement mermaid lamp to her within the week. Your company made an old aunt and her little niece very happy. She loves it and according to my nephew, she watches the lamp as she falls asleep. You have a loyal customer in me and I will be shopping with you in the future. Thank you again.

I've placed two orders with the firm

I've placed two orders with the firm. Both your products and client service are outstanding. One of the products I had ordered was missing from my delivery. I contacted the shipping business, and they promptly found my package, which was delivered in three days.
I just want to advise you that I have received this item & my order is now complete. Once again I would like to commend you for your customer service in closing this matter. You have assisted me on a previous occasion & I am very impressed with the attention paid to your customers. 
I will be purchasing more of your products and recommending your business to any of my circle of friends.

Lost Time and Money

I ordered the “stained glass” cardinal lamp. I should have checked Amazon first. Lily and Eden’s price was much higher and did not accurately describe the item. It was not stained glass and came with a usb plug instead of a regular plug for an electrical outlet. For a full refund, I needed to send the lamp to China-no US location for shipping. The cost to ship it would have been four times the cost of the item. I gave them one star only because the customer service rep did respond to my e-mails. In our discussion, I explained the inaccuracy of the description, the expense to return the item, and overall dissatisfaction. The best they would offer is a 30% refund. I planned to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Wyoming address does not show up in their database-must not exist! Save yourself frustration, time, and money-don’t order from them!!

Charcuterie Boards

I purchased 3 highland cow charcuterie boards and they are thin plywood painted red, nothing like the photos on the website. Plus you have to return them to China not Wyoming where it says they are based.

Waited a long time for delivery of the…

Waited a long time for delivery of the Highland cow charcuterie board. I was so disappointed, wish I had read reviews earlier. Arrived half the size I thought it would be, smells horrible, wouldn’t want to put food on it and broken. 😠

Lamp was damaged when delivered

Lamp was damaged when delivered, I emailed wanting to see what the response would be, and was overjoyed, to receive a reply the next day, with requests for photo’s of the damage. Sent them and the next day, was told a replacement was on the way. OUTSTANDING. The replacement arrived in perfect condition.

Cheap quality and scammed products

​I strongly advise staying away from this site. While the website looks professional and the products look appealing, the reality is a total scam.
​Deceptive Shipping: I ordered a head massager that took 40 days to arrive because it ships from China, which is not made clear upfront.
​Poor Quality: The product is incredibly cheap and does not match the "quality" advertised on their site.
​Impossible Returns: Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They require you to pay for return shipping back to China, which costs more than the product itself.
​Strategic Delays: They seem to intentionally delay email responses until you are past the return window or the timeframe to dispute the charge with your credit card.
​Please do your research and do not fall for their marketing. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

My mother placed an order in December…

My mother placed an order in December and was alerted the same month about a failure in delivery. We reached out to the store and unfortunately the parcel failed delivery because she had provided the wrong address during checkout. Not only did the customer service agent apologize for a mistake that was absolutely not their fault but also offered to send a replacement with no additional charge.
We truly appreciate the amazing service. You take such good care of your customers and we will be ordering all our future gifts from you!

SCAM

SCAM. I ordered lovely items before reading reviews. Their contact info does not include phone number, but I found one at the bottom of my order. The website says they are in Wyoming, yet the phone is in San Francisco and when you call, the answering machine states a different company name. Again, no people; they seem to deal in email. I have disputed the charge.

Spreading Joy in Michigan During Tough Times

I absolutely fell in love with the Frosty Elk figurine in early December and, because it so cheered me when it arrived following a traumatic experience with scamming which caused a $20,000 loss and a venture into serious Post-traumatic Growth support with a therapist for four months, I decided to purchase 20 more and share them with a circle of close women friends and colleagues also experiencing tough times in their lives.
We renamed it Joy-US Reindeer and each recipient has her placed in a prominent place in their home or office. She is sharing joy every day!
Katrina has been a very thoughtful and efficient customer service person who is so proud of the Lily and Eden company.

Late October I ordered a Christmas gift…

Late October I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother the Xenomorph Lamp but when we opened the box for Christmas the item was damaged (most likely during transit). I contacted the store and I had unfortunately passed the 30 day return period. However, Katrina informed me that they would make an exception and instantly shipped a replacement for me. Lo and behold the replacement came today. I just wanted to thank you for all your help with resolving my issue. I received the new lamp and it is in perfect condition! I will definitely be buying from your store again. Not only is the merchandise top-notch, so is the customer service!  Best!
