Excellent customer service
The booking experience was great, and no fuss. Even when we got to the London location the person seeing us was attentive and understanding of our request.
But the main reason I want to write this review is what happened when it was delivered. I initially ordered oval 5ct gold ring, having paid £3400 for it. 1.5 months later and it being due to delived I checked the price again ( just to check how much it's gone up by), to my suprise the exact same specification ring was now priced approx £400 cheaper.
I wrote a email to them and Renai their Senior Jewellery Consultant explained it to me for the difference (world events as you can imagine)and offered to refund the difference.
Overall great experience from beginning to end.
I will be recommending this company to whoever is looking for a engagement ring or any other jewellery that is reasonably priced and looks great.

Excellent customer service and follow-through
Excellent customer services made the purchasing experience almost seamless. Timely completion of the engagement ring and secured delivery enabled stress-free acquisition. Constant communication provided assurance throughout the process, including transparency around lab diamonds and production timelines.
The only reason for four not five starts is the lack of available payment plans for foreign buyers—their payments partner is only available for UK-based residents. Otherwise, everything else about the Lily Arkwright experience was enjoyable and positive. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an engagement ring in the UK.

Three occassions
Bought an engagement ring online, then went back 11 months later to their Marylebone showroom for consultations on two different days for the wedding bands - no issues, prompt, professional and smooth throughout. Lily Arkwright costs a bit more than comparable companies but worth it for good service and excellent delivery time frames and tracking.

The most perfect rings!
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Lily Arkwright… safe to say it’s all I’ve ever wanted. From the cut, colour and setting of the diamonds, to the engraving, everything was beautifully crafted. We now also our wedding bands (for our wedding next month!) and couldn’t be happier with them. My band perfectly matches my ring and compliments it, with my partners ring being a little more unique with a satin polish! We visited London to see them in person before ordering, and had the most friendly and caring service. I cannot recommend Lily Arkwright enough!
