Fine very helpful but cost more than stated
Fine very helpful but when you have never done this before it seems so complicated, the 2 ladies I have spoken to have been very helpful the price is not what it says as you have to add flight then care plus to the price stated

The carers are dedicated to their job of looking after their guests in any and every way required. They are lovely friendly people with patience, calmness and gentle strength, The team worked well together and listened carefully making adjustment to plans as required. We had lots of fun and a fabulous holiday. Limitless must be very pleased ans proud to have a such a good team on board.

The facilities were just what we needed, as mum can no longer travel on ordinary coaches..Limitless Travel took away all of the worries about mobility suitability of visiting places, having vetted everywhere beforehand.

If you want a holiday just relaxing
If you want a holiday just relaxing, then this is the holiday for you. The trip to Rome for the full day lived up to expectations. The trip to Pompeii, cost us 95 euros each , with a three hour drive each way, and you were supposed to get about four and a half hours at Pompeii, but unfortunately there was a road accident and we didn't get there until about 12.30 and by the time tickets were sorted, it was nearly 1 pm. Because there was a woman with a disabled husband, who wasn't with our group, who wanted to leave at 2pm but we managed to arrange to leave at 4pm, so we managed to get 3 hours at Pompeii, which was not long enough, as we only saw about a third of the site. Hotel/hostel was very misleading, they originally gave us a bedroom up a very steep slope and with my wife's medical conditions it was impossible. They gave us a room on the ground floor but with no view out of the window. Room was very basic, very thin mattreses, one dining room chair, no safety features, no slip mat in the wet room and no smoke alarm or fire instructions. The only mirror was the one above the sink, so if you were in a wheelchair, you wouldn't be able to see. We were so looking forward to some lovely Italian food, but there was no menu, it was eat it or leave it. I know we were in Italy but you don't want pasta every night for your second course. Mini buses were very dangerous, hardly any working seat belts, where there were any, as many were missing. San Felece market don't bother. Fruit and vegetables and cheese, and a few clothe stalls with imported goods on them. It's only a small market so you can do it in half an hour, and then back to the hotel/hostel. Be aware of all the hidden costs, air flights are not included, hiring a scooter was about 165 euros and not in the best of condition. Extra trips were very expensive. Beach cafe was lovely, but you had to pay 10 euros for loungers and umbrella every day. There was only one beach wheelchair and it was very worn almost to the point of falling apart. Limitless phoned us twice and they were so helpful, it gave us great confidence in the holiday, but the hotel let us down big style as none of my wife's needs were met. The airport assistance was first class, as were the helpers from Limitless, we did get some compensation back, but as this was a very special holiday to celebrate our golden wedding, we came home very bitterly disappointed. With all the add ons it cost a small fortune. We certainly won't travel with Limitless again.

We are very sorry to read that parts of your holiday did not meet expectations, particularly as this was such a special trip to celebrate your golden wedding anniversary.
We’re pleased that you found our team supportive , both in the lead-up to travel and during the holiday itself, and that airport assistance and the Rome excursion met expectations.
The trip to Pompeii was something that the hotel offered separately to the Limitless itinerary and we advised our guests that it was a long travel day if they wanted to attend.
Whilst we didn't manage the Pompeii trip on your holiday we gave your feedback to the provider, and subsequent changes have been made to ensure a more positive guest experience.
We are looking into working with the hotel to make changes and support to offer this trip for the 9 night duration holiday on the Limitless Itinerary for our group.
Following your return, you contacted us directly and we reviewed your concerns carefully.
We made changes to this holiday based directly on your feedback that you provided subsequent to your return in September last year.
This has included reviewing the suitability of the accommodation, reinforcing accessibility requirements with our local partners, and reassessing elements of the excursion programme and transport to ensure they align more closely with the standards our guests expect.
We also provided a goodwill gesture for yourselves and we were happy that we could provide a satisfactory and reasonable resolution to your concerns.
We are grateful that you brought these matters to our attention.
Guest feedback plays an important role in helping us improve and refine our holidays for the future.
We are genuinely sorry that this special occasion did not feel as it should have, and we wish you both all the very best moving forward.
