Don’t Buy the Bath Bombs

Probably the worst impulsive buy I’ve made. Don’t buy the Bath Bombs for children. Online they look fabulous Tennis ball sized bath bombs fizzing in the bath resulting in a toy. REALITY beautifully packaged ‘Golf ball’ sized bath bombs that hardly fizz and the gift is a chocking hazard, about the size of your small finger nail. Rubbish £29 spent to provide some fun for my grandchildren a waste of money. Shame on you Linacky.

This company are China Based

This company are China Based. The website I bought from looked super professional but the item I bought, still hasn't arrived a week later and there is no notifications what so ever.
I really needed the tarpaulin asap but had to go out and buy one today.

I ordered the Knot ring first one broke…

I ordered the Knot ring first one broke in half and I contacted Customer Service they sent a replacement which happened again these are not silver as advertised they are a poor metal that breaks, if you keep it tiny you shoukd be fine but if like me have larger fingers it will just split. So yes service was ok but the priductz itself is poor.

Totally Disgruntled Customer

Would like not to give this company any star rating but giving one was only way to right a review.
Avoid this website like the plague. Ordered goods, was given tracking number when told a day later it was on its way, brilliant!! NO tracking site would not open 10 days and six emails later only reply I have is automated reply telling me my email had been replied to but can ask other questions, if i have any more problems. Have given up I’m guessing another scam website only there to take money and not provide goods purchased. NO STARS IN FACT YOU OWE ME

Absolutely terrible company purchased…

Absolutely terrible company purchased the Witches Knot Ring from them I've had it less than 2 weeks and it's snapped in 2 pieces, tried contacting them, and totally ignored

Sent wrong hat

Sent wrong hat, emailed dozen times to which I was told they would rectify and send correct one out, 6 weeks later. Emails now ignored so you know what forget it, anyone who orders from this site be careful !!

Do not order from these I ordered 2 rings both snapped jn half when i asked for a refund they said could I give them to a friends as a holiday gift lol I said no so they agreed to give me a refund that was 4 weeks ago no refund now they don't answer emails just keep saying they've replied but nothing there

Absolutely false advertising

Order an advertised 925 sterling silver ring. It is absolutely shocking. It is cheap metal and not even produced nicely. Zero response from the company.

Celtic knot ring

Ordered a Celtic knot ring advertised as 925 silver. It was not marked 925. The advert showed a decent sized ring. It was tiny.Thought I would at least try it on my finger. Snapped in 2 . Emailed them. No response. Avoid this scam company and scam reviews.
UPDATE.
I have had no response to my email at all. However a full refund has appeared in my bank account. So this area of my complaint is resolved.
I still need to know why the ring is being advertised as 925 silver when it is not.I only got a refund because I wrote this review, not because of my email. I will not be ordering anything from you in the future because the adverts are designed to fool you into thinking you have bought a 925 silver ring when it’s a cheap and tacky item.

No response from "customer service"

Order hasn't arrived, trying to get a response from Linacky is proving very difficult. I was also charged shipping on a "free shipping" deal - again no response. Will have to go through my bank to charge back as it is getting ridiculous waiting on a reply.
