I ordered an abaya on 4 December 2025. After waiting over a month, I finally received a tracking number, but my order never arrived.

Customer service later told me the parcel was lost in transit and promised to send a replacement within 24–48 hours.

Instead, I was given an incorrect tracking number that did not match my address, and the dates did not add up.when I put the tracking number in it showed the item was sent on 2 January 2026, but it was on the 16 January 2026 when they said they will re send the replacement item.

As of 22 January 2026, I still have not received anything. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have placed an order on the 28th Nov 25. Delivery time stated on their website says that it would take between 2-4 working days.
Today’s the 16th Dec and there’s no sign of my order yet. They’ve replied to my 1st email saying nonsense and since then I’ve wrote to them twice but no reply.
I will have to contact my bank to get my money back.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

The old pieces are amazing great quality they had this jacket collection. I think it was called the essentials and I still wear them to this day three years on and wash them like any other garment. However, the new pieces are really letting down the business the quality really has gone downhill which makes me upset as they used to be super affordable at great price. I would suggest they return to their original items

Bought a lovely abaya however got the wrong size. Went to return abaya within the14 days return policy. After many failed attempts of reaching out via email and Instagram. No help at all not happy with this service. They stole my money and left with no abaya. Please avoid using this company.

Ordered the classic blends abaya from this company a few times in the past (about a year ago) and the quality was excellent and overall, the product was worth the price. Ordered a couple more from the same line recently, and the quality of the fabric is significantly and noticeably worse. I understand that products evolve and change over time, but I think if the quality of the material decreases this much, the price should at least decrease to reflect this. This is specifically about the classic blends collection and I can't speak to their other collections. Overall, not worth the price now. Customer service is responsive though.
