I am extremely disappointed with the services of Lincoln Writes
I am extremely disappointed with the services I received from Lincoln Writes since 2021. I paid a significant amount of money upfront — totaling over $20,000 — for services that were never fully completed. Instead, the work was repeatedly halted, stalled, and delayed without any formal communication or clear explanation. I would strongly recommend that you not do business with this company.
From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I constantly had to follow up just to receive updates or basic progress on work that had already been paid for. Rather than providing proactive service, it felt like I had to continually chase the company to complete the tasks outlined in our agreement.
Another major issue was the constant turnover of account managers. My account was reassigned multiple times without any notification or explanation. Each new account manager appeared unfamiliar with the work previously done, which resulted in further delays, confusion, and incomplete deliverables.
One of the most serious concerns involves my Google Knowledge Panel, which I paid them to create and manage. I was told that I would own the panel and have the sign-in credentials. However, the last account manager, Alistar Gray, changed the login credentials and never provided me with the updated access information. As a result, I do not have control over something that I paid for and was told I would own.
Additionally, the company was responsible for managing and marketing my brand across several social media platforms. Unfortunately, the marketing materials that were provided were poorly executed and not designed to effectively engage my audience. Much of the social media and marketing work I paid for was never completed.
To make matters worse, the company’s phone number is no longer in service, making it extremely difficult to contact anyone for support, clarification, or resolution.
Overall, my experience with Lincoln Writes has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for premium services but received incomplete work, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully research this company before doing business with them.

Overall a pleasant experience
Overall a pleasant experience. They worked with me on financial situations and went above and beyond for my project, though with a few bumps in the road. I really enjoyed working with the Steven Dawson as he was seriously a big help. Collin was also very helpful in working with me.

in a long string of reps I dealt with from this company, Luke seems to be the only one who comprehended my needs and followed through to provide them. He was astute in discerning what I needed -- to promote a book I had already published. All they did was upsell me repeatedly and make promises. True exploitation. Luke seems to be doing well for me.

I approached Lincoln Writes to help me…
I approached Lincoln Writes to help me refine a script for my short film. The initial draft was solid, but it lacked the depth I was looking for in the characters and dialogue. After providing feedback, they were receptive to making the necessary changes, and the final version was much stronger. While the writing quality was excellent, I wish the first draft had been closer to my vision, as it required a few rounds of revisions. That being said, their willingness to refine the work made the experience worthwhile.
