I ordered what looked like a really snuggly hoodie in a huge size for comfort but if I was built like a gorilla the arms would be good but I'd have to be hobbit size for the body to be long enough to fit. Really disappointed, do not order from them 🤬

I ordered a package valued at almost 70 dollars, a week and a half to two weeks before Christmas, and I paid extra for express shipping. This had gifts for my 3 nieces. I have yet to receive it, dispute paying extra for speedy shipping. My nieces where so sad at Christmas. And I still don't know where my package is! The tracking offers no expected delivery date or any useful info. Id like a refund of my money

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! lineneen !I orderd a chunky cardigan which looked warm and cosy on nov 27, it only just arrived today on 31st Dec, upon opening I was discussed with the fabric quality thin and thread bear see through, with a poorly printed design, I order small it looks like XXL what a joke I paid £40.
I emailed them with my complaint. Told them I want a refund

I ordered 3 things from lineneen, and was told it would be here on the 18th of Dec. In time for Christmas.. I'm still waiting for them.. was told it's on the way, never got a report on when I would recieved it now.
The product looks great online, but really disappointed that I haven't recieved anything from them but an excuse on where it is at... still don't know..
Won't recommend it to anyone..

I ordered a shirt from them and a couple minutes after I ordered I tried canceling. They would not cancel the item. I tried returning the item and they refused to return the item. So never order from this so-called company.

I have ordered a sweater over a month ago have contacted their customer service and their excuses. They don’t always update the transaction of where it is. I have never received this package that you charged my account. I wouldn’t buy from them again if you noticed there’s nothing on that site that says or that you can go to to request a refund for a package that you’ve never received

I ordered 3 shirts at the end of November for Christmas presents, still haven't received them. First time buying from here and will probably be the last. Also when I checked out it said my total was $61.17,upon checking my credit card statement I was charged $73.40. What is the extra$12.23 for? Sure wasn't priority shipping.

I ordered a knit jacket and got a fleece up button sweater, I wrote them a email to ask them to have my order rectified and they sent me “ We feel terribly sorry for your dissatisfaction.
But we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard.

The colour is yellow, however I ordered apricot. Material very cheap, thin and transparent. Import tax not included. Not worth the money at all. Only shipping tracking was good

It was a fiasco with my order of Women Retro Floral Art blouse that should be done of cotton and linen but the fabric was synthetic! Lineneen didn’t answer when I complained about quality

If I could, I even would give 0 stars: to receive the half of my order, they sent it twice. First time "mis-delivery" was not completely their fault, but I don't believe them any more at all. Second time re-sent, I paid again about 30% of the price. Only half of the order arrived. They offered to ship the rest again, but I should again pay something... And they always claim the deliverers: package lost, wrong address... I seriously doubt.
So they are from China, means cheap at the first moment. But if they are not able to send properly or lie at all, it's expensive at the end.
Quality is somehow ok.

Buyer Beware!!!! This company does not comply with their own policies. First, product is cheap, thin, and sizing is inaccurate! A baseball cap for a woman was made with that same dollar store plastic comprised of a fly swatter however charge nearly $20! They do not take returns!!! Do not be fooled! Overall, horrible first experience and a cheat of a company!

La verdad es que son amplias, me compré las chicas, y todavía podría quedar a mediana. Son muy lindas, la tela es elástica, de calidad, largas (quedan a medias pompis), frescas en el calor y calientitas con una chamarra.

SCAM THEY ARE ALL ON FACEBOOK FROM CHINA DIFFERENT NAMES ALL CLAIMING TO SELL REAL LINEN CLOTHES. FACEBOOK SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO FACILITATE THESE FRAUDSTERS TRICKING SOOOO MANY PEOPLE INTO BUYING THEIR CLOTHES THAT ARE NOT LINEN AND LYING

The fabric of the t-shirt was completely different than expected and the design looked like someone had printed a very poor quality picture on the t-shirt, totally pixelated.

Não recomendo. Empresa que trabalha de má fé. Em 3 items enviou dois errados não pedidos e não faz nem troca nem devolve o dinheiro. Não aceita devolução do material, para isso tem de ser enviado para a China.
Depois diz de boa fé que devolve 15€ de um valor de 70.
Nao se deixe enganar pelos preços, a empresa é péssima.
