Ada & Ina Fabrics Avis 

Ordered curtains 5 years ago for our French house which experiences full sunlight.
Curtains are still holding strong and are fabulous.

I used some of the linen fabric to make cushions but after 6 months it had faded badly in the light. This was in a room with normal sunlight. When I got in touch they told me they do not guarantee against light fading. I find this very poor, especially as they suggest their linen is suitable for curtains!

Received my curtains this week and couldn’t wait to hang them. The fabric is a good weight and the curtains and matching cushion covers are beautifully finished. The whole process from choosing and receiving samples to ordering on line was very easy. I’m very happy with the finished curtains

Bedspreads and bedlinen for Continetal Beds is vertually non-existant in this country, however Ada and Ina were my answer, lovely quality fabrics, and swift service. Being an unusual situation I was apprehensive but no need they got it 'bang on' with measurements. Its beautifully made and finished off. Looks lovely, very pleased.

It took a while for my order to arrive but when it did I wasn't disappointed. Good quality bed linen and well made. The colour was exactly as I'd hoped. Very satisfied customer!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! The first pair of curtains came. I had ordered pencil pleats. The just covered the window with no pleats or gathers! They were collected and another pair sent. When they were gathered up to pencil pleats they do not meet! They only use x 2 amounts of fabric which is not enough for pencil pleats! This was agreed by one person and disputed by another. You can not get through the phone it is never answered. I emailed the owner no reply from her. I was told she doesn't live in this country and doesn't do emails! I have given up on having the curtains that I wanted and accepted the sub standard ones with a small discount from them. My advice would be to leave this company well alone their customer service is zero and their curtains are not worth the money!!

All started with ordering samples. As it is always difficult with photos of colors we ordered a few more samples to have a few options.
Once decided we ordered the curtains online after we got answers to a few questions by mail.
The court sind arrived about 10 days later and they are beautiful.
We will definitely order again.

We had bad fading after only 2 years. The product description did not mention the fabric was likely to fade and needed treatment for sunlight when used for furniture. The only compensation we were offered was to have the same fabric sent again - what good would that do?

I have purchased from this company several times now and will continue to do so. The service is excellent and the quality top notch. Orders for bespoke items were completed and sent in good time. Prices are fair.

I bought some linen bedding, it arrived within two days and seems to be super quality. Happy with the service, and delivery. Thank you.

You will not get your mone back or what you orded. Save your money.

Beautiful and enticing array of linens advertised online (a bit confusing as to whether the company is Ada & Ina or Linenfabrics.co.uk, or both). But the real problems start if you want to buy something. First, ordered swatches take several weeks to arrive - so long that the fabric you choose has likely gone out of stock by the time you're ready to order, so you're forced to begin the whole swatch process again with a different lot of linens on the website. This happened to me, twice. Something also to bear in mind is that the colours on the website are startlingly different from the actual swatches, necessitating more too-ing and fro-ing. Another issue is that no-one at Ada & Ina answers the phone or responds to emails, which makes communication somewhat problematic. After a couple of months of painfully slow too-ing and fro-ing with the swatch issue, I chose a linen that was indicated on Ada & Ina's website as being in plentiful supply. I decided to have the curtains made by a third party, who ordered the fabric direct from Ada & Ina. The turnaround time for the curtains was quoted as four weeks. After three weeks the curtain-makers called me to say that after waiting three weeks for the ordered fabric to arrive they had just been informed that Ada & Ina had run out of stock of the fabric, and didn't know when it would be available again. So that was almost three months of wasted time and a huge amount of frustration and disappointment. I find myself amazed that this company is still in business, when it seems to have not the least idea how to organise its stock, provide online pictures of its product that are reasonable colour likenesses, send out samples in a timely manner, respond to customer enquiries, or honour its pre-paid orders. I'd avoid buying from Ada & Ina, unless you have a lot of time and patience, and are very forgiving of poor business practice and customer service.

Superb service - ordered on a Sunday, shipped Monday, arrived Tuesday. And LOVELY linen bedding, far better quality than competitive offerings that we have returned in disappointment. Ordered another set right away, also delivered next day.

This is a phenomenal company! I wasn’t sure whether I should order from here as some reviews weren’t great elsewhere, and so few here. I went for it because I fell in love with Brita True Blue, and some others. They arrived ahead of schedule, top quality, correct measurements, and I will definitely use them again. I bought fabric here for making Roman blinds, cushions and a dress, and all of it arrived fit for purpose. While the woman who answered the phone the first time I contacted them was a bit brusk in tone, and they are a bit tricky to reach by phone, they were efficient and effective once I placed my order, and I highly recommend them! If you are looking for high quality natural linen fabric, this is the place to order from!

Recently ordered some linen fabric to reupholster and chaise. I had looked in all my usual on line fabric stores and could not find anything I liked at a decent price. I wasn’t sure about delivery times but wasn’t in a hurry, ordered at the weekend and it arrived within days, after quick order and dispatch confirmation, beautifully packaged and the fabric is perfect, really good quality. Bonus I wasn’t forced to sign up to a newsletter and haven’t had a sale email every day since but I have saved Ada and Ina to my favourites.
