Ada & Ina Fabrics Avis 

The fabrics are lovely. I’m happy with the ones I chose. Sample service is great and they are sent really quickly.
As a professional curtain and blind maker the speed of receiving my fabrics was quite slow. From placing my order to delivery was 9-10 days. I’m not sure if the fabrics are printed to order (which I assume they are) in which case that explains the turnaround. Also fabrics come folded and although I know that they can come on a roll actually finding that option is virtually impossible. Lovely fabrics though and well priced. However the price on the site doesn’t include vat and that is added at checkout.

Beautiful curtains very nicely made. Love the range of choice of linen fabrics. We chose unlined and they look lovely in our bedroom and filter the light in a very pleasing way.

Ordered quite a few samples. Arrived within 48 hours with helpful info about linen as a material, how to measure, wash etc. Helpful advice over the phone too. Highly recommended.

I have recently ordered some linen made to measure curtains for my bedroom and en-suite bathroom and I am very pleased with the final product. The customer service was excellent as they answered all my questions and provided advice ahead of my purchase, even sending samples for free. This was my second purchase of bed linen. I was so impressed with the first set of bed covers I had no hesitation in ordering a second set. The quality of the linen is perfect and the colours seem to hold fairly well. And bonus I never iron!

I’ve previously bought Ada and Ina fabric for making blinds and been very pleased. I’ve been after some pure linen bedding for a while but been putting it off due to cost. When it came to doing my research, A&I’s bedding was well priced and I’m pleased to say that the quality is amazing! It’s a good weight, it washes really well and it is beautifully finished with attractive buttons and good seams.

We’ve previously purchased curtains from Ada & Ina, which are beautiful, so decided to chose them again when replacing our blinds.
This window is a very large bay which required 7 individual blinds of differing sizes.
I had a couple of questions about delivery and timescales so called first and they were really professional and very helpful,
The blinds arrived within the estimated timeframe and were really well packaged.
They were easy to install and fit perfectly!
The fabric is beautifully printed and standard of finish is excellent.
They look absolutely wonderful and even better than I imagined!
We will definitely be buying again in the future!

I have been using Ada & Ina for years for bedding and curtains, easy guide to help with measuring and beautiful fabrics to choose from and always professionally made, the communication is really good throughout the process too. Really excellent company.

I ordered a roman blind, in linen. Unfortunately the colour of the sample I received before ordering doesn't match the final product! I contacted the company, but they said there was nothing they could do and this is disappointing. Also, it took one month to receive my blind, despite this company requires Full Payment when ordering. The blind, other than for the colour, is good quality and well manufactured.

Excellent speed and service overall with few comments as follows:
Samples are free as well as free postage which is rare. These arrived very quickly and were well labelled. Very helpful.
Quality of fabric is lovely so I ordered 1 metre to test before placing the full order. Speed of delivery was great but disappointed by the cost of delivery @£7.99 for 1 metre. Could this have gone royal mail for less instead of DPD?

Really pleased with my blind. It’s well made and arrived really quickly. Would definitely buy from here again.

Fantastic service AGAIN. Won't order from any other company. Prompt receipt of sample fabrics & then an amazing 3 days to receive a pair of bespoke interlined curtains! Superb quality, beautifully made - a VERY happy customer. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
