Exceptional Linen Towels

This company is exceptional. LinenMe has provided beautiful towels that have endured all kinds of treatment. Those ordered at least 8 years ago are beginning to get holes from extended use.
I came back to LinenMe and ordered again because I have loved them so much. I look forward to using them for the same length of time. They have been invaluable for their absorbency, soaking up water from counters and drying dishes quickly.

I received excellent service

I received excellent service, from my phone and email enquiries with very helpful Neringa about sizing and delivery, to the speedy receipt of a beautiful dress. I am very happy and would definitely buy from LinenMe again.

Unfortunately, as stated in our return policy (and as per laws and regulations), we cannot accept used or washed items for hygiene reasons.

The size was clearly listed in the product description before purchase, and we always encourage checking measurements ahead of time.

Nightgown

I ordered a linen nightgown, upon receipt I noticed the material was very rough and stiff. I washed it and attempted to wear it. This nightgown was so uncomfortable and itchy there was no way I could wear it! I contacted the company about a refund/return via email, they responded saying it was unhygienic to return and suggested I wash it! Waste of money!! Don't waste money or time ordering from this company!

We are very sorry that your linen nightgown felt rough and uncomfortable, and that you were disappointed with both the product and our response. Pure linen can feel firmer and slightly rough when new, and usually softens noticeably after several washes as the natural flax fibres relax. Many customers enjoy this gradual softening, but this does not change the fact that the nightgown should feel wearable and pleasant for you.

For hygiene reasons, worn and washed nightwear is generally treated as an intimate garment and cannot be resold, which is why our team referred to the “unhygienic” aspect of taking it back.

We genuinely regret that this was your experience and have shared your feedback with our team so we can communicate more clearly about fabric feel and hygiene rules in the future. While we are not able to take back worn nightwear, we never want anyone to feel that their money was wasted, and your review helps us improve both our products and our service.

Save your money

I ordered some bathroom towels for my husband and me. Quality is less than impressive. The Huckaback towels creased in a weird accordion pattern around both sides of each towel. They are scratchy and not at all absorbent. I asked to return them and was told they don't do returns. Save your money. At least order from a company that guarantees your satisfaction.

It is the linen material that might feel a bit rough at first, before it softens, but that's something to be expected from linen. We do accept returns, however, not when the product has been used. I’ve just made my first order and I must say I’m over the moon with both the quality of the linen items I’ve bought and the design and manufacture. The Company excel at what they do and there’s no comparison on the market at the moment. From taking my order and communication with me they’ve excelled and deserve better reviews on Trustpilot. I shall be back for more Nerinja. The shipping and clearing of customs could not have been faster than ordering direct from a uk manufacturer retailer . Fantastic. Website is great and my account works well.

Looking forward to ordering again!

The quality of your linen is exceptional. Everything is woven beautifully, the items are finished very well, and the entire order has exceeded my expectations. I immediately put my table cloth and napkin set on my table and I cannot wait to show off these beautiful items. I ordered these for a specific upcoming event, and left it a bit close for shipping, I mentioned this and the customer service team got these to me SUPER fast.

I look forward to ordering again from LinenMe, as they have an excellent selection and phenomenal quality. I have other linen items from other brands, and this linen feels thick and strong, and like it will last very well through washing and use.

I ordered some clothes from LinenMe. They arrived within a good time, but I had accidentally ordered two items of the wrong size. Customer Support were excellent and I sent them back for replacement or refund. All of my emails were replied to straight away, they were helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Returns are very difficult

Ordered linen shorts and paid for express delivery, they took longer than advertised to arrive. I wanted to return the items and keep getting what looks like automated messages offering a return label for £9 but despite requesting one numerous times I don’t get a response. Their advertised phone number isn’t recognised so it’s difficult to get hold of them. It feels like a scam and I am frustrated not being able to return the product.

2 month ago I bought around 10 pcs of beddings . And that was my mistake , not in ordering one to test the quality before buying the whole things . It is extremely rough material very hard to sleep on . Washed them 3 times and tumbled them dry with tennis balls but no use . What an awful quality . Don’t buy before you test a pillow at least .

Ordered two pillow cases from Linenme

Ordered two pillow cases from Linenme, they were sent by post from overseas and three weeks later I am still waiting for the order although it is marked complete. when I look up the order at the overseas post office it still shows as being overseas.

The order has now been delivered and completed. Linenme have responded well to my issue and I compliment them on their customer service. I am also very happy with the two pillowcases.

In this case, we got the order on April 12th, and produced it in 2 working days, sending the package out on April 16th. As per shipment option you chose, regular post usually takes 8-10 business days, but we cannot fully control their operations. Lovely product, great service

I ordered some bath towels and tea towels recently and I could not be happier with the items I received. The quality is outstanding and the items were beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. One of the items I ordered turned out to be unavailable and I requested a refund which was processed immediately. Great customer service.

LOVELY QUALITY

Recently bought Linen fabric for Cushion making. Lovely quality. The Washed Check Green White Prewashed received is darker than the photo. But over all very happy with my purchases, will come back if I need more Linen. 😍

Highly recommended

At first, I was confused with the sizes, so I asked for help online. From then on, everything went like an absolute charm. I ordered everything I wanted in the right sizes, and it arrived within two weeks of ordering (as opposed to six weeks when I ordered through a store). The sheets are perfect, the colors are awesome and I’m a very happy customer! Also, the order came with gifts, all pure linen. What’s not to love?
