I have purchased teddy bedding from you before, but have recently bought a Superking bed and needed further supplies.
As usual, you did not disappoint… lovely warm bedding, generous size and great quality. A must-buy for anyone who feels the cold during the winter! No more sliding into bed feeling the sheets as cold as ice… teddy bedding is the answer! Thank you!

My order was delivered on the wrong day so consequently, the items spent 24 hours on my drive in torrential rain & puddles where they were absolutely soaked through. When I requested a refund and collection of the damaged items I was told I would have to pay the cost of collection!! Really, how can that be when it was clearly not my fault? I have also emailed the customer care email several times and have to date only received one response email saying Linensonline would not pay for the collection.
Absolutely awful and very disappointing customer service. I am about to take this matter further in dispute.

Stay away from this company, I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of curtains from them, when my order came, they only sent 2 pairs. You cannot contact the company, there’s no phone number for you to contact them on. I’ve tried 2 email addresses they don’t respond to any of them. I will be contacting trading standards to investigate this company.

I ordered a duvet set, but only the duvet arrived. I have contacted the company several times by email and I left a phone message but I have had no reply. I sent them a screen shot of their web page showing that it clearly says that the pack includes two pillow cases. When I sent an initial enquiry about whether the item will tumble-dry I received a prompt reply, so I feel that they are ignoring me. The cover is pretty useless without the pillow cases. This is really poor customer service.

I tried to buy these seaside duvets and and matching curtains back in June. They were out of stock. I emailed customer services and they emailed me back saying the curtains Should be back in stock in 8-12 weeks time. Time passed , but out of the blue I was emailed to say they were back in stock. They arrived, I'm delighted with the sets and a big Thank you to customer services at linensonline.

Absolutely awful customer service!! Would not buy from these again! Ordered a super king bedding set and when it arrived I only received the duvet cover with no pillowcases! Couldn’t return it as it was bedding and when I emailed their customer services on numerous occasions for a solution they just don’t reply so nothing has been resolved.

Beautiful good quality tea towels. Very absorbent.
Delivered on time. Would recommend.
