The staff was nice to talk to, knew what they were discussing, never tried to sell hard, and very easy to deal with.

Very happy with all the staff who we came into contact with,everything from price,trade in delivery time and especially on new vehicle collection day. A fault was found with on board tech which was solved as soon as possible,everyone was so apologetic, two coffees later and a very kind gesture of a full tank of petrol we left very happy 😊

I was listened to and they responded promptly with a solution.

Pre sales and transaction were very smooth. However the owners handbook was not provided and I had to call a couple of times to request a copy which arrived over a week after purchase. Very frustrating as many of the car’s functions are unfamiliar to me and I was planning a 500+ mile road trip without knowing how to operate/disable many functions

Purchased a new vehicle from Lings. Excellent service throughout the process. Beth provided a great handover in explaining and showing me the full functions of the vehicle.

Failed to deliver vehicle on time due to failure in securing finance on time despite text 5 mins before collection stating all was ready for collection. Was finally sorted out next day, which resulted in showroom having to open on Sunday.
