I recently had a fantastic experience buying my new bike with Jack Williams as my sales advisor; from the moment I arrived, Jack was welcoming, attentive, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and my budget, explained all the different features clearly without using confusing jargon, helped me properly test and adjust the bikes, and gave me honest, helpful recommendations rather than just pushing the most expensive option. Well what a breath of fresh air, I have been into Lings a few times just looking and test riding bikes and I must say there is no pressure at all to buy. 3 weeks ago I popped in to take a look at the RC990R and Sam was happy enough to show me around one and booked me in for a test ride. After the test ride I was sold on the bike and then the team worked there magic on working out the best deal on the trade in. I was surprised at the offer they made on my bike and I was happy to go ahead. Now my bike is due its run in service and I was expecting a bit of a wait as its the middle of summer and I have had a bad experience with BMW motorrad before, no problems with lings the team booked me in a week late 👌
So for I can't recommend enough, thanks Sam and the team at KTM Lings Norwich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for your feedback. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the mistake made with the registration details. Registering the vehicle to your business details instead of your personal name was an error on our part, and we completely understand how frustrating that inconvenience was for you.
Our team member has since reached out to apologize and provided a step-by-step guide to help update the V5 directly with the DVLA, ensuring this is corrected without adding an extra registered keeper to the logbook.
Regarding the vehicle's classification as an agricultural tractor rather than a quadricycle, we completely understand why this might seem confusing. However, vehicle classifications are strictly dictated by UK law and the DVLA based on manufacturer specifications, such as single-seat agricultural design, dealerships do not have the authority to select or change this classification.
We always strive for a smooth buying experience, and we are genuinely sorry for the mistake on the initial paperwork. If you need any further assistance with the DVLA form or anything else, please reach out to us directly at the dealership, we are more than happy to help get this finalized for you.

Worth the wait
Sam @ Lings Powersports Norwich managed to secure me a KTM390 Adv. R around 6 weeks sooner than my local dealer and kept me informed during the 6 month wait.
The bike is awesome!

I had constant dealings with a young chap called Sam Harper. He was very professional, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend trying to deal with him if buying a new or used bike. And best of all not pushy at all….
