This is my second bike from lings
This is my second bike from lings, and quite frankly, both times it's been a great experience! Hence why I went back again! They are a lovely company with great staff and some awesome bikes! Thanks again Lings Ipswich I'm over the moon with my new bike!

Very good communication and…
Very good communication and professional service but not pushy.
I was shown over all the controls of the bike while having a nice cup of coffee as it was a particularly bad weather day when I picked up my new bike. Fraser, the sales person was very helpful.

Fraser and Jake were excellent to deal will, giving excellent customer service and being welcoming always. Buying the GT pro was made easier knowing that the team at Lings were eager to please and we’re efficient to process my bike the way I wanted it. Brilliant service guys!

Great customer service from all at Lings
I travelled 180miles to do a deal at lings and I wasn't disappointed. One small hiccup on bike preparation but the team sorted it all out in a friendly professional manner, I would definitely consider using Lings again

Top service in all areas from purchase to servicing.

Visit Ling's Ipswich, you won't be disappointed
The team at Ling's Triumph Ipswich were great.
Leon and Peter handled my order and they couldn't have worked hard enough to get me the deal that allowed me to buy the bike.
I'm really happy with the bike, the help and communication I received from both Leon and Pete and on the day of collecting the bike, Fraser was very helpful and informative taking me through all the settings on the bike.

Couldn’t recommend them enough Thanks
The sales staff made me feel very comfortable right from the start. My Dealings with Fraser , was very easy, he kept me in the loop all the way through the process.
Nothing was to much of a problem for him .can not praise him enough.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
There is always a good display of bikes and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had several bikes from Lings over many years and I always feel comfortable dealing with their team. Previously I have always bought Honda, but I find that it is more important to have a friendly and supportive dealership. Now that Triumph is Ling’s major brand, it is this more than anything that decided my switch to buying a Triumph and I am very pleased with this recent purchase.
