If I could give no stars I would. The site was expensive, marginal quality, and when the size was too small they refused to exchange, even if I paid all the shipping. A horrible experience.

Preordered album, it released on 15th November. 15th comes and goes, no album, order still shows processing. 19th, finally get a shipping notification. Aren't customers supposed to get their preorders on release day? That's what normally happens. This isn't the band, it's the record label and most directly, linkinpark.warnerartists.net. Warner Records are taking the mickey and don't seem to care about us once they have our money. Will definitely think again before preordering anything else from them. Yes, it's coming but 5 days late isn't good enough when you've had my money already!
Poor service up, down, left, and right. Better off buying from Amazon or anywhere else. The store does not care at all about their customers.
Apperently this company doesnt do returns and refunds of unworn items, which is against the law (the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations). Im also reporting this website.
Another company that doesn’t care about you after they receive your money. I have been asking for a refund as the order was to be a birthday gift for my daughter, but won’t arrive on time now due to their poor business ethics. Don’t waste your money here. This company is a disgrace to the band.

So I ordered a preorder articel in April of 2023 and because its a preorder and shipping to europe can take some time i didnt think much when time passed. At the end of Oktober (its been 6 months already) I wrote them an email asking where my stuff is and they responded to me with basically "yea we cancelled your order months ago, just order new stuff now. ok bye" what is this? I mean you can cancel stuff, BUT THEN WRITE THE PEOPLE AN EMAIL THAT THEIR STUFF ISNT COMING
I asked them for more information and about the fact that the stuff i wanted to buy isnt even available anymore and than they send the same, prefabricated email again.
Bad store, i wont order from them again and i wouldnt recommend it
I’m a Linkin Park fan. I’ve been listening to their music since 1998 during my junior high school days. Now that there’s a website that has Linkin Park merch, you know very well I will buy pretty much any thing and everything available. However, I have to be blunt, the customer service at store.linkinpark is complete and utter trash. Shipping time is pathetic, taking more than 10 days to “fulfill” a simple order. I’m not even going to get into details about how long it takes them to reply your inquiries and messages. That’s a whole different headache. Even now my Order #LP45051 has not confirmed nor ship out yet. To say the service is disappointing would be an understatement. Hopefully This situation will be remedied, but for the time being, my review and decision stands on 1 stat poor performance.
