I am so happy with you guys. You are really helping my small business growing. First you built a nice website which my customers always compliment and now you are advertising it on Google. Since that I am competitive on Google and have more phone calls. I am so glad I did cut those lead providers and spend that money here. Thank you guys for your work!

LinkMedia has been very helpful with a lot of my website and online requirements. Ryan who has helped me with social media marketing has been great! His communication is always so prompt and clear. He directed to the other departments if I had a request that he wasn't able to help me with. All in all, I was very happy with the service he provided!

My experience hasn't been a good one. I receive spam calls everyday on my business line. I refused to do business with them and feel they're retaliating with a flood of spam calls. They always hang up when I answer. Every time, everyday! I call the number back and it's this company. They have called from numerous numbers. This has been going on for months now. My advice.... don't show interest or you will be targeted!

Constant spam calling from multiple numbers.

Very difficult to work with. Once you're hooked in their services and paying monthly, they make it really difficult to get anything done. Once simple request, like upload some images will take a lot of phone calls and days/weeks of waiting to get it done. Very inconvenient for business owners that have no time for this.

I would like to start with LinkNow Media is a (SCAM)! Starting with the top of management. Horrible (customer service) they paint a nice impression through the phone and once you have singed up for their program, all the promises they promise you on their first impression will turn around with rude customer service. Majority of their customer service agents are rude on the phone, you call for help and no one in the company has the patience. Mckenzie Samon- a so called costumer Care Assistance Manager lied to me! After extremely poor customer service and after name calling through email between their so called customer service, I decided to cancel their (SCAMIMG) program. After canceling their Program, a few days later they start deleting things I had already paid for.. OH wait! DON'T SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS WITH THEM, THEY ARE A (SCAM) Literally sat on the phone arguing with a client-(myself)

Anyone who is in search for a WEBSITE, don't pay them to do it. THEY GO THROUGH (GO DADDY)

Just pay GO DADDY, WAY, WAY CHEAPER!

These people continually call me day in and day out. I have opted off of their list but they still keep calling! I now reported them to the federal trade commission. I must get 15 calls per day from them. This company is terrible!

We started with LinkNow media about 3 years ago. The 1st year was slow, but as time went by and we learned what they need and they learned what we needed. The improvement of sales began, and the 2020 improved over 60% to the 2019 figures. Most of the increase I contribute to their work and some of my direction.
I had a number of other seo organizations previously, they could not get verifiable (to their work) results as I have with LinkNow Media.
