We were missing an armrest with our order and several of the female threads for the screws were damaged and didn’t allow for the screws to fully tighten down. The backrests are also not very sturdy.

I am still waiting for a missing connecting piece for the arm rest. reported within days of receipt of shipment.

Receiving my order was easy I delivered it straight to my door and took only maybe an hour to completely build a whole entire loveseat and ottoman probably even shorter. My only complain about the Rubik five is that I wish it was a little bit higher from the ground and that there was a little bit more cushion in the seats. I don’t know if I got Faulty, cushioning, and the Ottoman, but the normal seats could be a little bit more firm and bouncy.

I am want to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the Rubix V 3 seater with three storage ottomans

1. The seat cushion arrived visibly soiled with dirty
2. The fabric color and pattern on the sofa do not match the fabric color and pattern on the ottomans. The pattern is starkly different, as if two distinct sets of fabric. This does not look cohesive and it very noticeable.
3. I did not receive an adequate number of U blue brackets to connect the pieces. I am missing approximately two brackets, despite being informed by Customer Service that they are not required. However, all instruction materials and videos depict blue brackets in every slots are present on both the couches and ottomans.
4. The overall quality of the fabric on the couches and ottomans is subpar. There are numerous loose strings, fraying, and stitching concerns around the legs. The fabric appears to be splitting.
5. The felt storage lids for the ottomans do not fit securely over the top of the ottomans. They seem to be larger than the ottomans themselves, and the Velcro will likely lose its grip over with use. Video material show Velcro strips on both the cushion as well as the lid. This is not what’s on my set.

The couch and its quality are good; the only issue I have is with the backrest. It mounts with two hooks, so if you lean against it from the back, it moves inward. I would suggest engineering a clip or hook for the bottom portion to keep the backrest sturdy.

Product arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. Cushions are firm as stated in previous reviews. We will see how they break in and if they become more comfortable. Overall a nice product

The furniture is really nice, however, our consul came broken upon delivery and now we have to go through the process of either getting it repaired locally or sending it back and having the possibility of it breaking again.

Ordering was great but shipping is taking a long time. The couch was supposed to be to show up 2 days ago but has just said a new date will be given when packages move and they have not moved in the past week. I know this is a FedEx problem but it looks bad for Linsy too.

Furniture seems good but customer service is trash.

Everything was delivered so good. Boxes still intact. Very easy instructions on how to put together and just love the couch overall. So good!!

They won’t publish my review on their website. This is my 4th attempt at writing a review. I received 3 ottomans instead of 3 seats to complete my couch. It took weeks to finally receive what I ordered. Customer service only emails once a day between 1:30am to 5:30am. They required I send them a bunch of pictures and the shipping labels which would’ve been fine if they responded more than once a day. So after a lot of back and fourth I finally was told they’ll ship my missing furniture. The couch is good now that it’s all together but I won’t be ordering from here in the future.

Terrible customer service and delivery but couch is decent.

I recently purchased the 5-piece Egyptian cotton set, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations—sturdy, elegant, and beautifully crafted. Putting it together was surprisingly easy, even though the boxes didn’t include instructions. Honestly, a bit of common sense was all it took to assemble everything perfectly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the experience. Highly recommend!

Couch is decently comfortable but requires throw pillows. A single piece is a little too short to sit in but great with an ottoman in front.

Due to a lousy job of delivery by FedEx my furniture was left in my front yard without any notification and exposed to the elements over night. I give kudos to the packaging by Linsy that prevented any damage to the furniture. Now if it would have rained or snowed it may have been a different story but that wouldn't been a knock on Linsy. Highly recommend this company for prompt service and well made furniture.

Incredibly fast shipping. Very easy to set up once it arrived. I did wash the covers a couple times in fabric softener with cold water and then dry them on the fluff setting with no heat, just to soften them up and make sure they don’t shrink. They were a little itchy otherwise, but now they are good.

To date I have only received part of my 3 seat couch. The first shipment I got 2 C1 boxes and an A1 box. Along with that I got a metal bed frame which I did not order. The next shipment I got the console and another A1 box. So I still need an A1 box to complete my couch. I was told the storage ottomans were on back order. I would really like to receive the rest of my order.

Just finished my second end table. My compliments on the entire package. Quality parts, clear instructions, design allows for easy disassembly when needed to correct a wrong install, and most of all thank you for the magnetic screw driver which really counts when you have fat fingers. Respectfully, Bradley Williams feel free to share the review with Walmart and your prospective customers.

The couch is firm yet comfortable. It arrived in different boxes at different times but all within a week of each other. It was easy to put together and everything felt very solid . The only plastic are the legs, which are wide and very stable

I'm going to give an honest review, as I purchased this recently, and have seen several things not mentioned in other reviews. It is comfortable, yet firm.

Pros- fast shipping, super modular, affordable, user friendly for installation, comfortable.

Cons- hardware is bad, some color matching/fabric issues, lack of instructions, needs taller back, needs cupholders in arms

I received my Rubik III after I purchased on their Black Friday sale. I bought the 5 seat, 2 ottomans, corner, 1 console configuration. It has arrived in 10 boxes over the course of 6 days, even with the Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately, the console is on backorder, and I'll receive it at a later time. no big deal.

I was easily able to set up most of the pieces with no instructions, with the exception of the corner. I couldn't find any instructions on which side the corner and backrest went on. I figured it out eventually, but that was the hardest part of assembly. Some of the holes didn't line up exactly well, but I made them work. nothing was vacuum sealed any longer, and the ottoman brackets are already attached.

The hardware on the other hand is terrible. Thankfully each box comes with a tool and an extra bolt, because I stripped several tools and bolts installing the clips, even using light pressure. Hopefully I never have to take them off, because I doubt they come out.

A few of my covers don't match the color exactly. Not sure if it is a color issue, or if the fabric is thinner or stretched.

It would be great if they came out with an attachment that attached to the armrest for a cupholder. the lack of cupholders (unless you have the console) is frustrating. I'd gladly pay extra for something to hold my cup and remotes.
