Overall the couch is great, comfortable and works well. One area of improvement would be adding velcro between the seats and bases, the seats slide easily.

Ordering was a breeze. Set up was easy. Couch is more firm than I expected, which is great. Durability is still in question, but time will tell.

they arrived quickly and packaged nicely. I ind them comfortable for lounging but not for sitting- not for old people or short people. The color is not as vibrant as online but dull. Also- one of the seats did not come with the set and between Fedex and Lindy we are trying to track it down put Linsey’s AI generator customer service sucks and we’re having difficulty connecting with an actual human.

Not as expected at all. Definitely wouldn't buy. Several pieces came used and scuffed. When I contacted the company they said absolutely not possible. I sent pictures they didn't reply. In addition to that, after about 1 hour of sitting on it, it develops a cavernous hole in the seat that will never go away. The sofa has no storage in the seat even though it's written everywhere all over the website. It's not every model. I would throw the sofa right out if I could.

The packages arrived quickly from FedEx. Just know they leave it all on the stoop or in front of garage. They did send a photo confirming the delivery. The boxes were not too heavy. The assembly was clear and easy. It’s easy to take apart & rearrange. It feels sturdy & solid. The best thing about it is that all the parts are interchangeable. You can move and flip all the cushions. The storage under the seats is perfect for blankets, electronic devices, games etc. Soft fabric that is comfortable and strong. Would be nice to have more color options.
The only negative is the seat is not very deep. The back cushions are quite thick taking up the seat depth. You can remove the back cushions to provide more depth especially for laying down.

Quality bed at a quality price, the customer service got back to me quickly and resolved any and all issues i had. Would recommend and purchase from again. Thank you

Delivery was fast, everything delivered complete, and in good condition. The purchase was what we were expecting. The only improvements I could recommend would be more color options, and softer cushions.

The couch is unbelievable everything you want in a couch/sectional. Everything is easy to put together and the firmness is just right. I love the space I have now because of all the storage it provides. I can honestly say that it is the best couch I have ever owned. Oh and the customer service is phenomenal too.

My product is great and I love it. However it had a panel with a defect and was short one screw. I contacted LINSY and they responded right away and they did stay in touch the entire time before and after I got my replacement panel. Getting the screw however not so easy which is understandable to ship one screw over seas is kinda crazy. They suggested to contact the seller I got the bed from and I did and they took care of the screw so was a little extra work but the bed is great and very sturdy and has light and also storage and I can still have a night stand while opening the drawers under the bed! That is an issue with most beds that have storage drawers as I found out with my previous frame.

Love our new couch!!! Finally enough room for the people and pups!!! Keep finding more and better ways to arrange it. These are such good quality...definitely built to last!!!

The item arrived damaged. As of yet the issue remains unresolved.

So far we are absolutely loving our couch. Shipping took 1 week and assembly took only a few hours. We’ve already had our set in a handful of different configurations. It’s so easy to move around and reconfigure. My kids love making it into one big couch and having family movie nights. I can’t wait to see how this couch evolves with our family.

This was my second time purchasing modular furniture from Linsy Home and I love this company. The quality is very good for the price and the delivery was under a week. I got all my items before the estimated delivery date. I'm obsessed with all the configuration possibilities you can do with the furniture. I'll keep adding more as time goes for sure.

My Rubik lll sofa arrived today. So far I'm really pleased. I'm a 68 year old woman & I was able to assemble the sofa by myself. I'm comfortably relaxing watching TV & feeling pretty good about my purchase.
Only gave 4 stars because I haven't had enough time to know how well the material & structure will hold up.
