Gucci Bag - order direct from Gucci for the service
Terrible.
Placed the order online, order accepted and things going well..
On the day I was supposed to receive delivery a mail stating there has been an error and the bag I ordered was out of stock. However they have exactly the same bag on their website for over £100 more that was coincidentally in stock!
Re-ordered direct from Gucci and saved £50 of the original price.
Thanks for saving me money!

Definitely recommend
I bought a bag from here and was a bit skeptical as it was my first time buying from them but there was really no need for me to worry. Paid way less than I would have anywhere else and it came in perfect condition. No complaints, will be buying from here again.
