Affiliate Commissions Withheld and Account Locked Without Explanation
I had a very disappointing experience with Lion Latch and would strongly advise both customers and affiliates to be cautious.
After generating valid affiliate commissions, my account was suddenly locked and the commissions were withheld without any clear explanation. I contacted their support team several times by email asking for clarification and payment, but received absolutely no response. Weeks later, they still remain completely silent.
A similar complaint has already appeared on Trustpilot from another affiliate who reported delayed payments and no reply from support.
The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to pay affiliates make this project difficult to trust. If you are planning to buy from this company or promote them as an affiliate, I recommend thinking very carefully before getting involved.
