Hi i purchased in January 2026. At April 2026 still didnt receive products, cancelled in May , was promised a refund within 30 days, its now September 2026 still didnt receive refund.

If I could give a negative star, I would! Didn't work. Sent back early, in April. Still have not received a credit. They respond slowly via alternate languages, pretend they think you want your original order shipped, months later offer you a partial credit, but never issue it! I am so disgusted with them, and with myself for wanting to believe a too-good-to-be-true product.

I purchased Lipowave based on the 100% money back guarantee. I wouldn’t normally spend that much on a diet remedy but I felt comfortable buying it with the 100% money guarantee. I purchased two bottles. The taste is pretty good. I had no issues with the taste. I used it for 30 days and with no results, I contacted them about a refund. I was told to use both bottles and contact them if I still didn’t see results. I didn’t have any luck with the second bottle so I contacted them again. They offered me a 35% refund and I refused. It was a 100% money back guarantee. This went back and forth until I agreed on 70% because I was tired of the hassle. It’s been over a month and I’m still having to deal with them for my refund. They said it would take 7-10 days…over 30 days later, I still don’t have my refund. I wouldn’t recommend this product based on the customer service alone. The product may work for some but if it doesn’t for you, then good luck getting the promised refund. I will be persuing other avenues for my refund . This is my experience alone , and unfortunately it has been a bad one. Think wisely before you purchase, especially if money is a concern.
